3 Albums I Was Listening To Last Month:
1) Killswitch Engage - The End of Heartache (2004)
This album is a masterpiece and one of my absolute favorites, every few months it creeps back into the rotation. Howard Jones is one of favorite singers, including one particularly fond memory seeing KSE in Green Bay, and @deadliftdoc1024 and myself getting a shoutout from Howard during the show. I've even had "The Safety of Disbelief" from his current band Light The Torch on a solid loop as well, which is also well-worth checking out.
Check out: Wasted Sacrifice; Rose of Sharyn; Breathe Life
2) Asteroid - III (2016)
Google says this is called "heavy psych rock," I have no idea what to call it but it's amazing. Another album I've been obsessed with since it's release. I've sent it to or shared it with a fair few people, everyone has immediately put it on repeat. Incredible old-school rock vibe, fuzz rock, whatever. Just do it.
Check out: Til' Dawn; Silver & Gold
3) Tremonti - A Dying Machine (2018)
One of my more anticipated albums of the year, and it might even be Mark Tremonti's best solo release yet. A great concept album, yet extremely well-rounded and packed with enough stylistic variety to please any fan. Everything from crushing and aggressive all the way to melodic and somber, if you're a fan of his work this one is a must spin.
