Listen, I don’t like to brag, but my four year old said this is the best dessert he ever had 💁🏼♀️😂 the final course last night - a s’mores inspired terrine. Milk chocolate ice cream, a milk chocolate crunch, toasted marshmallow ice cream, graham cracker crumble, and a toasted homemade marshmallow fluff. Served with a shot of French press Brazilian decaf with the same marshmallow fluff and a chocolate graham cracker rim 🤩 thank you to everybody who came last night, I’m about to share all y’all’s posts in my stories!!
BBQ Tonight (Kissimmee, FL): 4/5. These chicken tikka masala nachos and butter chicken fries are OUT OF THIS WORLD. The portions are huge and they come out super fresh. We loved both. We’ve been to BBQ Tonight a few times, and sometimes service is slow, but the food is always great. It’s also conveniently located for tourists! Do yourself a favor and order a mango lassi with your meal (and one to go).
BLACK ROOSTER TACO 👍👍
Yum!! I tried this place for the second time last night and liked it much better. It’s just not a place where you get To-Go food like I did last time. It didn’t hold well.
It was loud, crowded and busy on a Friday night but the staff did a great job keeping it moving and everything that came out was of excellent standards. That is a hard working team there! I was also able to try more things. We had guacamole, shrimp ceviche, tostada, meatball, kale salad, romaine salad and tacos. It was all fresh, flavorful and authentic Mexican. No Tex Mex B.S which I love. It’s not the cheapest food but it’s great. Friday nights are too busy for this girl but I’d hit it on a a Wednesday for sure.
The set up is counter ordering then they bring it to you. They have some beers and margs. Place is small so it wouldn’t be ideal for to large of a party.
Food is really legit. This place is located in the Mills50 area by the popular happy hour bar @guesthouse.
Good job @blackroostertaco I’ll be back!!
This was my first experience at Soupa Saiyan and I’d have to say it felt like I was kid in a candy store. I saw reviews and gravitated towards this place bc of the comics/anime (yet I haven’t watched one episode of dragonball z. :P). Photo: Vietnamese Pho with beef broth rice noodles and thinly sliced steak and beef brisket. Also, a very, VERY *SPICY* Korean Spicy Noodles. Did I mention that it’s spicy? Just Saiyan’! 😉
It turns out this little hidden gem in Winter Park has been opened for roughly 3 years! Who knew?! 😱 I was blown away by my dessert selection of Strawberry Cheese Cake, $9 (A must have!). The powdery flavor instantaneously melts in your mouth and still lingers around long after you leave. Very happy with our beverages choices of O-Liang (A Thai version Americano, but luxuriously sweet) and Cha Dam Yen (Dark Thai Iced Tea).
