Yüzme de teknik analiz neden yapılır? Kesinlikle daha iyi yüzmek için
Yüzme teknik analizi ne işe yarar ,
Yüzme stilinizdeki temel teknik hatalar, yanlışlıklar belirlenir (su içindeki pozisyonumuz, kol, bacak ve nefes koordinasyonumuz, rotasyon, su altı yakalama, çekiş, itiş, su üstü toparlanma fazlarında ki verimlilik gibi).
Bu hatalar, hataya uygun driller ile düzelir .
Teknik düzeldiği zaman, doğru antrenman ile sağlıklı, verimli yüzme ve performans gelişimi elde edilir.
Teknik analiz ➡️ hata tespiti ➡️ drill çalışmaları ➡️ verimli yüzme ➡️ performans gelişimi 👍

The closest airports to Värnamo are Växjö/Småland airport (VXO) and Jönköping airport (JKG). Both of them are about 70 km from Värnamo. From the airport you can go by either taxi, bus, train or maybe rent a car, according to your level of comfort and budget.
Another possibility would be to fly to Copenhagen (CPH) and take the train for the remaining 220 km or to rent a car.
The hotels may have special deals if you inform them that you will swim Vidösternsimmet.

BE PART OF THE ADVENTURE IN 2019!
Three distances, 500 swimmers, 100 kayakers, and one magnificent lake. The two day event will host three distances: 1,000 meters, 3,000 meters and the crown jewel of the weekend, the 12K crossing of Lac Tremblant. It is challenging and exhilarating – it is you and mother nature at the edge of almost impossible… all rolled into one. It’s an epic adventure. It’s the swim of a lifetime. It’s the Traversée du Lac Tremblant.
Back by popular demand here is the full “Popov Drill”. Named after one of the best Russian sprint freestylers in history teaches you 3 specific things:
1)Teaches you to swim front quadrant freestyle
2)Helps you learn to rely on your hips and core for balance as opposed to your arms
3)Teaches you to be patient with your lead arm before you initiate the catch
How To Do It:
•Have your lead arm pointed at the wall you are swimming towards while your other arm should be raised at a 90 degree angle ready to enter the water
•Reach back to the position your arm would be at following the end of your pull
•Recover that hand as if you are taking a freestyle stroke.
•Kick on your side until you feel you are in a good balance position (use fins if needed)
•Pause the other arm for 1-2 kicks at the same position, your elbow should be high and your fingers should be hanging above the surface of the water, then repeat the same motion. Reach back and recover. •When you need to breathe turn your head to the side while keeping your shoulder and body still
Things To Focus On:
•Fight to maintain your balance position as high on the surface of the water when your hand moves
•Keep high elbows both during the pull and when raised
•Make the entry aggressive
Happy swimming 🏊🏻 #techniquethursday

Two weeks already since our big swim adventure @cakeofgoodhope ! We had such a fun time celebrating Toussaint with four river swims in 26 hours!
Our first swim was at 8am in Benson with @belgokatia, Sheila and Lois! It was so cold that it was hard to put my face in, but I eventually managed to join Katie and Katia for a bit of batterfly! Had a nice warming breakfast and my first hot chocolate of the day in the café afterwards!
Our next appointment was at 10am in Clifton Hampden with @diheelas. A little bit braver than the first swim, we stayed in a bit longer, swimming under the bridge and a back again. Such a pretty bridge even when it’s grey and damp! We warmed up after with more hot chocolate in Di’s van and some of Katie’s yummy spider biscuits!
Our last swim off the day, 2pm in Pool Meadows with @thisiswhereweswam and @mcgill.h . The longest swim of the day, at nearly 400m. We got in in the pool that was so full of people over our long hot summer and swam up to arched bridge by the Perch, before getting back out, shivering into our clothes and spending a few relaxing hours warming up and chatting at Heather’s with some more hot chocolate!
Thursday was so grey and miserable, the perfect candidate for a staying inside day but driving back Katie and I really felt we’d made the most of it!
The final swim of the mini swim binge was Friday morning in the bright sunshine just upstream of the Trout. The sun didn’t make getting into the river any easier, but perhaps a little acclimatised by the day before, it was easier to get my head in and I swam 600m - my longest swim! By the time I got out I was two hot water bottles, two dry robes and a hot chocolate cold but still feeling exhilarated from the cold water!
Huge thank you to @cakeofgoodhope for thinking this was a good idea and to all the lovely open water swimming club people who were keen to swim too! I’m really loving this cold water swimming 😊 I feel like my Oxford life has a whole new watery dimension, it’s so good to be doing something purely for fun and I’m glad to have found people who also can’t resist a swim even on a damp grey day in November!! #oxfordlife#openwaterswimming#thames#tbt
