Little Wild Things, you make our hearts sing. Our friends at @littlewildthingsfarm have helped us bring some more color to two of our favorite new cocktails, the Compass Rose Amber Sangria (made with Georgian wine of course!) and the Way I Am, our take on a classic daiquiri.
Today we’re doing a spin on a mango lassi - a traditional Indian drink made from mangoes and yogurt! This green mango lassi is so simple to make and so refreshing as a hot weather snack ☀️ To make this, combine in your blender:
1 cup 100% mango juice
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
small handful spinach
3-4 ice cubes or frozen fruit chunks* *try pineapple for a tropical twist on the mango flavour!!

This lobster roll was equivalent to having TWO. The lobster was sweet and tender and barely kissed with mayo on a well-toasted bun. Comes with clam chowder!

Every single ingredient of this dish from crust to salt was Canadian. From the Albertan flour to the arugula which I grew specially for this recipe.
