Easy, yummy, and nutrition dense on-the-go snack! 😋 Packed with protein, vitamins, and calcium! Chocolate milk🍫🥛, beef jerky🥩, and sugar snap peas🌱!
🔍Taste 10/10 - I love all three of these choices! You could sub the sugar snap peas for a different veggie like carrots 🥕, celery, etc. Or even the chocolate milk for regular milk, water, etc. 🔍Satiation 10/10 - I personally feel spicy foods make me feel more full, so I like the spicy beef jerky 🌶. Veggies are also a great way to feel full without adding too many calories. The extra vitamins are a plus as well!
🔍Convenience 8/10 - Chocolate milk was a 10/10, but I had to weigh out 1 serving of the sugar snap peas (85g), then 1oz of beef jerky. It took maybe an extra 3 minutes. So worth it though!

This snack is perfect on days I know I will be having a later lunch. It is slightly bigger than my typical daily mid-day snack (150-200 calories). (This is my preference!) I maintain my weight around 2500-2600 calories/day, so I can make this work. When I am dieting, I probably would skip the chocolate milk to save calories for later (again personal preference).
Can we just take a moment and talk about how Delicious these snack bars are. This is my favorite go to snack whether I’m on the go, have a sweet tooth craving or I just need of a little pick me up because I’m #hangry .
They have less sugar than most granola bars, 10gs of protein, 150 calories and are gluten free and they taste fricken AMAZEBALLS! Especially dipped in coffee or peanut butter.

The other day my sister asked me what vitamin I take. I told her I don’t take vitamins anymore since I started drinking shakeology daily. It has all the vitamins and nutrients I need. Why waste money on vitamins when my shakes already covering those bases for me.
