How often do you do this? I cannot remember the last time I called someone just to chat and yet I've realised that spending time doing this kind of thing is really important for your wellbeing.
I realised the value in being present and talking nonsense and playing guessing games and laughing. Over really silly things.
The benefits of being totally present with someone you love to bits are huge and numerous! It really makes you remember the important things in life. Love, family, presence, laughter.
