So, #TBLSisterhood , I started a new job this week! Transitioning to 5 am wake ups for Pilates was tough but I did it! This 20 minute Stretch and Stress Release is the perfect end to my first week. I will be doing the #mindbodypilates Challenge again, too. Perfect for fitting in early before work. Who else is in?
WELCOME TO THE BRAND NEW MELT SERIES 2018.
MELT has been in development for almost a year and is now (finally) available to the public in online format. Your monthly package includes following:
1 full length (just under an hour) classic MELT interval toning
1 full length (just under an hour) 'experimental' MELT workout (this could be MELT based barre, DMW, MAT work, circuit training etc.) 1 half an hour MELT low to intensity cardio workout
Introductory 1 week DISCOUNT:
MELT is a new high repetiton/low resistance workout format that will get you lean, pulled in and tightened up...FAST. Inch loss focused moves will target your muscles in a unique manner to give you sleeker definition and contouring whilst improving skin tone, muscle strength, flexibility and posture. MELT will work you out but not exhaust you - having said that, MELT is challenging but please work at your own pace and gradually build up your endurance, strength and stamina.
General equipment needed for MELT:
Mat, 2-4lb hand weights, 1.5-2.5lb ankle weights and gliders.
MELT series will also give you access to the new exclusive MELT Facebook group where health, happiness and MELT talk blossoms.
