Today’s dog in training was Rosie.
Rosie was rescued from roaming the streets ofSouth Auckland and adopted into her awesome family when she was 4mths old.
Rosie is a fantastic dog but she has a slight issue with meeting new people and feels she must sound and act like she’s about to eat them.
But she’s not aggressive and dangerous, she’s scared.
So tonight we started the journey of teaching Rosie that she is safe and she doesn’t have to be on alert 24/7
Perfection is a myth, we will always strive for progress!

I love people who are passionate about what they want, my student is ready to know every bit of esthetics and I am ready to take her through.
This could be you but you are still contemplating if you want to register for our training class. BTW, I am even crushing on my own skin, just peep the glow✨
Today’s dog in training was Bandit.
Bandit has a few issues around meeting other dogs so today’s session he got to meet Tara and Ellie. Two girls who are great at giving all the right signals to a dog who is reactive.
Bandit did super awesome today and so did his mum!!!!

HELLO WORLD! It has been SUCH a long time since I posted, so I thought I would take a moment and give you guys an update on what is going on in my life! Since graduating from the CPT Program at NPTI I have really been working on myself. Living in San Diego (super competitive place for personal trainers) has been a struggle BUT things are starting to come together and I am very excited about it. Recently I took a break from the typical gym and joined a crossfit box and it has been INSANE! I have learned some crazy things (for example this snazzy pic of me doing the snatch (yikes)) and made a lot of good friends. I am currently working at a little gym in Pacific Beach doing one-on-one training as well as serving some chicken sandwiches at Chick-Fil-A. I am also still going to NPTI and am now taking a Performance Enhancement Class. This class is by far the coolest out of all the classes I have ever taken in my entire life and has really shown me how fun it would be to train an athlete. As for my ED recovery I have DEFINITELY had some close to relapse moments and my fair share of mental breakdowns. Luckily with the help of family and friends I have made it through it and continued on my road to FULL recovery. Still have a long way to go with my mental and physical growth but everyday is a new day and I am choosing to live each day to the fullest! ❤️🏋🏼♀️ #lifeupdate#crossfit#crossfit858missiongorge#barbells#snatches#npti#nptisandiego#personaltrainer#performanceenhancement#pesclass#fitness#health#oneononetraining#edrecovery#recovery#recoveryisworthit#recoveryispossible#strongnotskinny#lifting
