It is important in life to recognize who your friends are, and who are there just for the cookies. When I went through a dump in my life, it was revelatory to realize how few people really had my back and how most of the crowd just withered away.... This holiday season, hold on to those that show you, they care. Say that thank you that you have wanted to for so long but haven't. Reconnect with loved ones that have stood the test of time... And yes sometimes this might feel hard. Resist the urge to feed your ego. Go give them a hug. Pick up the phone and call them. I tell you from my personal experience, such people are very few and numbered. Don't lose the opportunity to express your love unconditionally.... One life... It’s been on my To Do list for 2 years🥊! Had fun doing mitt work with Leroy this morning. Brought back my years of kickboxing training and reminded me I’m not super coordinated!🤣😜 Cannot wait to do it again. Working to challenge myself with new things more often but being mindful that I’m still recovering/having complications. Grateful for this opportunity.
I smile with every post work out selfie because... I did it! I worked out, I made a promise to myself and I don't have any reason to give up. .
💥Do I want to every time? Nope. 💥Do I want to feel like crap? Nope. 💥Does this make me feel better? Yes.
💥Do I want to just think about it and then regret it? Nope.
There are A LOT of benefits to working out and eating well. The program I'm doing is really flexible...It's only 4 days/week, and less than 40 minutes each time - and you get results...but ya gotta do it!
