One legged work is great for strengthening the legs, putting the abs to test and most importantly for #balance . As we get older balance becomes more crucial to avoid falls or to decrease the impact. If we don’t use our joints to their full range and #mobility any awkward sudden movement will have a more negative impact as the joint is not used to moving to that particular direction/range. However you like it, move your body today, it will thank you tomorrow 😀 (video slightly sped up)
Today’s #yearofrandommovies is actually a #onlyinflorida news story. After posting that there was a #onelegged#creeper on a #tricycle in the area, and especially after the suggestion of some friends (thank you @squigsrobertson @sugamama7777) I just had to draw my interpretation of him! (There is no actual picture of said creeper!)
Theoretically late, but it's never TOO late to join another funny #yoga#challenge#FlexyChairShape
I'm combining two days into one pose ! Bendy Back + Flexy Legs = Eka Pada Rajakapotasana or One-Legged King Pigeon pose. I love this one, cause it requires flexibility and strenght, to be relaxed and maintain that circle in all: spine, legs, hips and arms as well. When I was finally able to grab my foot, I could feel like I'm connected to myself..
