Feeling fucking great.
Have a full 60 minute video of eating 5 plates of food, and half a tub of peanut butter, and I do this every day.
Never felt better.
I have a few points to share today: ➖my legs look amazing after the treadmill ➖net carbs were 20g ➖MFP weight forecast is lies
➖I keep throwing random seasonings in a bag with hot sauce and frozen wings and they come out bomb ➖my work had pizza all over the place today, I took two slices ate the toppings and threw the rest away, it was so weird wasting pizza like that but tbh I probably won’t even bother next time. The toppings weren’t even that good. ➖I was struggling to get into the zone during my workout today my clothes were uncomfortable and really irritating and I was getting frustrated but I pulled through. ➖I feel like planet fitness has like weird skinny trick mirrors bc I always feel like I look thinner but it DOES NOT reflect on the scale.

Chicken and Mushroom Alfredo using a shortcut tonight, I used @bertolli_us Alfredo sauce. Only 2 grams of carbs per 1/4 cup. I added melted mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top 😋 Do you see my beautiful fresh basil?? 🌿 My 12 year old son planted it for me in the backyard and it’s growing so rapidly. For a side dish, I made roasted cauliflower with garlic butter with melted cheese on top. This was way too good, I could eat this everyday. This spread took about 30 minutes to prepare. The hubby and I try to do one nice date night dinner per month but we couldn’t last month due to finances with the rental unit. Tonight we went to @blacktapnyc which I was introduced to when @keto.connect was here last fall; my first meetup! I got the Old Fashioned burger (basically mushroom Swiss), added an egg and bacon, and got sprouts instead of fries. Breaking my 17.5+ hour fast with a “deconstructed burger” 🍔( am I fancy yet? 😂) Basically just a grass fed burger I made with some Trader Joe’s 21 seasoning salute + salt and pepper, some Colby jack cheese, half of an avocado, and three slices of @pedersonsfarms no sugar bacon! 🥓
