Not the prettiest salad, but the flavor factor was 💯 I used an Asian salad kit as the base and topped it with fresh avocado and bell pepper and tofu and shiitakes sautéed in @chosenfoods spicy sesame oil with fresh ginger, tamari, and sriracha. I ditched the salad kit’s dressing and used @bragglivefoods ginger & sesame dressing and served it all with a piece of toast with a little @olivealchemycalabasas harissa olive oil drizzled on top #🥗
If cauliflower can become waffles, then we can do anything! 🥦

Happy #WaffleWednesday ! I’m starting this morning off with a GF cauliflower waffle (recipe below 👇) topped with some baby kale, tomato slices, and a pasture raised peppery egg with avocado slices on the side.
Recipe (for 2 waffles):
Combine 1 c quinoa flour, 1 c water (or milk of choice), 1 c riced cauli, 1 @vitalfarms egg, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp @olivealchemycalabasas Tuscan herb olive oil, 1 tsp @primalpalate Amore seasoning, 2 tbsp shredded mozzarella, 2 tbsp shredded parm, and a sprinkle of sea salt and black pepper in a bowl. Pour half the mixture into a greased waffle maker, and cook according to its instructions (mine takes 5-6 minutes). Repeat with the second half of the mixture. Serve, and enjoy!

Agrumato is the Italian term for the process of crushing a whole fruit or herb with the olives to produce an oil. We call these our Fused oils! 🍋🍋🍋
-2 cups fresh whole blueberries
-1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
-2 tablespoons Olive Alchemy Eureka Lemon fused olive oil
-1 cup whole milk yogurt
-1/2 cup honey
Place the blueberries in a medium sauce pan over medium heat along with 2 tablespoons of water, the lemon zest, and honey. Heat until the blueberries until simmering for approximately 2 minutes. Allow the mixture to cool slightly, and then add the yogurt and olive oil, whisking until blended. When the mixture is at room temperature, portion into 12 popsicle molds and freeze.

Monday morning fuel for a great week ahead! One of our fave foodies @allroadsleadtohealthy and her glorious wild-caught salmon asparagus scramble using our fresh Tunisian Baklouti Green Chili Oil and a side of roasted sweet potatoes and avocado!
This extra hot oil is made in our certified organic mill in Tunisia using Tunisian Chemlali Olives and fresh Baklouti Green Chili Peppers, which are crushed together to produce a fused “agrumato” olive oil. Add it to anything for a fresh kick! 🌶🌿

Winner winner fish dinner 🤷🏻♀️ I know the saying is chicken, but this dinner really was such a winner - grilled wild caught salmon seasoned with @primalpalate seafood seasoning over @eatbanza chickpea pasta with arugula and onion sautéed in @olivealchemycalabasas Tuscan herb infused olive oil with nutritional yeast and red pepper flakes.

Truffled Deviled Eggs
A twist on a classic party platter
1 dozen hard boiled eggs, cooled, shelled & halved
3 tablespoons Black or White Truffle Oil
1 teaspoon fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 large raw egg yolks*
1/2 cup delicate, buttery extra virgin olive oil (such as Biancholilla or Picual)
1/2 cup good quality grape seed or other neutral oil (such as safflower or sunflower)
1 large garlic clove
Sea salt to taste
1 pinch white pepper
1 dozen cooked egg yolks reserved from hard boiled eggs
Prepare the hard boiled eggs.
While eggs cool, in food processor or blender, add egg yolks*, garlic, and lemon juice. Slowly add truffle oil and olive oil and grape seed oil to form an emulsion. Season to taste and refrigerate.
With a fork, mash the dozen cooked egg yolks and blend thoroughly with 1/2 cup of truffle aioli. Add more to taste if desired. Pipe or fill the hard boiled egg whites with the egg yolk mixture. Refrigerate until cool or up to 6 hours. Serve with finely chopped parsley or minced chives as a garnish.
Makes 2 dozen appetizer servings
