Does changing workout often give you results?
Changing your workout routine too often is one of the worst things you can do to get results you don't need to shock your muscles or keep your body guessing or do silly muscle confusing workouts just for the heck of it you should not jump from one programme to another it doesn't work! You have to understand your body well and stick to basics which is best for you. Having said that does that mean you never change your workout? Ofcourse not.
You should know when and how often to change your workout
1: if what you're doing stops for a extended period of time
2 : if your goals change ex: switched to building muscle or to lose fat
3 : if you are really bored to death with what you are doing from the beginning!
4 : if something is out of control requires a change ex : some outside force or external factors or some sort of injury which prevents you from doing certain workouts or change on schedule! These are just examples... Hope this info is useful for you people have a great training ahead!
