In the wild. The iron jungle, where I can just be me. Wild and free. Listen to the iron clang almost sounds like music. Dead tired but at times like this Im free from the world. At least for an hour or two. Working to create a body I’ve dreamed about since I was a kid. That’s all it’s about. A challenge I gave myself when I was a kid, I wanted to look like a super hero. Simple as that. Comics, cartoons, movies. In the 90’s everyone was jacked and I wanted to be too. I’m now 27 and there’s no signs of slowing. Ive actually never been more focused. Crunches with leg raises- 3x15 
Standing calf raises- 3x10 on 10th rep perform a 10 second pause at top followed by 20 more reps.
Seated calf raises with toe raises(dorsi flexion)-3 x 20 reps each.
Decline Barbell Bench press- 3×10
Flat Barbell Bench Press- 3×8
Incline Barbell Bench press-3×6
DB overhead press- 3x15
Chest supported db bent over lateral raises on an incline- 3x15, 10 half reps 
Seated db lateral raises- 3x20, 10 more half reps 
Db Front raises with shrugs- 3x20 each.

It’s the little things in life that make living worth it.
Okay so you walk into your local supp store or GNC/ Vitamin shoppe and they recommend that you take amino acids or BCAAs for “more muscle recovery” for during or post workout. 
Here’s what they aren’t telling you. 
There is no data or evidence showing that taking amino acid supplements improve or boost muscle recovery. 
However it is true that amino acids are the building blocks of muscle and needed to recover muscle. 
But, don’t you eat protein? Protein has amino acids. Go figure. Eating .8-1g per pound of your body weight In animal protein (animal protein is preferred since it has complete amino acid profiles) then you are already getting the amount of amino acids you need to recover damaged muscle tissue. 
In a calorie deficit/ diet you can go around 1.2g per pound of bodyweight to ensure you’re Preventing muscle loss. 
Leucine the amino acid most Incorporated in muscle protein synthesis has a limit. Once you have enough of this anything extra isn’t doing anything. 
So $30-$40 on some month supply BCAAs? Nah I’ll just eat some chicken but thanks anyway. Just make sure you’re eating your protein. I’ll wait for all the doubtful comments. Feel free to DM me if you wanna Argue about it 🤷🏽‍♂️ P.s. If you want flavored water crystal light is a lot cheaper 😂

Due to traveling, I have noticed many things. When I weigh myself, I am definitely heavier than I was before hand. I get down on myself like I have been slacking off, but many things go into this. For one, water weight is definitely held more so than before you traveled which attributes to the gain of weight. When I put this in mind, I feel a lot less guilty about myself. Also, traveling breaks up the usual routine which throws your body off. I keep reminding myself that it will be okay and that things will go back to normal!

Yes, I’m aware I’m as white as the SnapChat ghost. But what really has me satisfied is how diced down I managed to get through the previous month of Ramadan where us Muslims fasted for anywhere from 15.5 hours to 18-19 hours depending on when your last meal was. What I did differently from many other individuals is I actually kept up my workout regiment intense, brutal, and continued to stress the muscles as if it was any ordinary month. A special touch I added was implementing 2-3 miles of seated bicycle cardio post every workout! Sure it sucked ass and yes im a firm believe cardio was invented from the Devil himself. But... fellas. IT WORKS! I’m managed to dip sub 10% and consume ANYTHING my heart desires. Here’s a few shots taken two days ago post leg day. Legs are not striated due to the blood flow and high sodium diet that day... but take a look at the upper body. I’ve never seen my abs this diced since 170lbs... Cardio might just be sticking to every post workout routine from here on out.

Plyometric exercises are high-velocity movements that pre-stretch muscles through eccentric contractions, briefly store elastic energy, and then release kinetic energy to produce a powerful concentric contraction.

During overhead sports, the shoulder must accept high joint loads generated by the lower extremity and trunk and efficiently transfer that energy to the upper extremity.

Seated row machine(5 sets 10-12, V bar; fully stretch & retract shoulder blades when pulling weight & pull below belly button)

Cable rope pulldowns *swimmer rows*(4 sets 10-15, make sure you can get a full stretch, pull towards belly button & pop chest out w/ every pull)

Preacher curls(4 sets 10-15, last set drop set; Wide grip)

For extra pump & growth, squeeze & flex the muscle your working in between sets for about 5-8 seconds!! Like Arnold says the best thing to do is between sets is to FLEX! 💪🏽
