Oil pulling was introduced to me a couple of years ago when I was having some wisdom tooth pain and my friend @faithapasta recommended I try swishing coconut oil around in my mouth in the mornings to help the tooth ache go away! I was shook at how well it worked after 4 days! •
Oil pulling is the act of drawing out toxins and bacteria in the mouth using oil. Swish around 1 TBLSP of coconut or sunflower oil for 20 mins first thing in the morning. The antibacterial, antiviral, and antifungal property’s of the oil helps collect germs and bacteria from your gums and teeth. Spit the oil into the garbage then brush and floss as usual. Even after the first time my mouth felt considerably cleaner! •
I oil pull a few times a week on days that I have time. You can start with just 5 mins and 1/2 the oil of you need to work your way up. This is an old alternative medicine practice and you can feel free to do your own research but it honestly doesn’t hurt to try! A little extra tlc for that smile that brings so many so much joy ❤️✨

The One, Two, Three Steps Of Oil Pulling 🔹First, clean a small jar with a tight lid: a baby food jar, small mason jar, anything of that nature. 🔹 Second, you want to blend one part baking soda and one part coconut oil. 🔹 Third add three to five drops of wild orange, peppermint, or OnGuard 🔹 Fourth, allow your paste to cool and set.
Most importantly, do not swallow otherwise you swallow all the germs which can be harmful to your heart. Spit out the paste into a Dixie cup and toss. If you spit in sink the coconut oil can harden and clog your sink.

Sometimes I go crazy, sometimes totally looney... but RITUALS make me feel grounded & add a sense of security. For me, morning rituals are key to feeling emotionally happy & healthy... mine go a bit like this:

STRETCH/ YOGA - depends, sometimes 20 sometimes 90 mins depending on things! But recently I have made a commitment to practice for at least 20 mins every morning 🙏 I’m sure no one in this world ever regrets just getting on the mat, even if it initially feels like an effort!
