The Geiser boys were back at it today on the track for speed and agility training, focusing on accelerating out of a change of direction. These boys are some great athletes and always fun work with! Keep working hard!💪🏼👊🏼
It’s offseason when your face looks like you stuffed your cheeks with marshmallows, clothes from earlier in the year don’t fit and you tread like a water buffalo through a river lmao! Sitting between 198-200 daily and I’m slightly comfortable here. I typically don’t do offseason. It’s just maintenance for me, but we’ll see what @teamkuza has in store 🤷🏽♂️💪🏽🙌🏽

Not gonna lie, many people have come and gone because of the lifestyle that I’ve chosen to live. A lot of people don’t understand the sacrifices that are made, they don’t understand the balance that I enjoy having, and after awhile people drift away for many reasons... I think one of the biggest reasons is just not being able to relate... 🤷🏼♀️
You know what though? It’s totally okay! I’ve learned that people come into our lives for specific reasons. Some people are there for life & others are there for certain seasons of life. 🌷🌞🍁❄️
Having a solid support system is one of the things that I value most! More than ever I am starting to truly appreciate those that have stuck around & I am going to fully embrace the new relationships to come! 👭👫
Meu exercício preferido para treino de costas. Eu sou fã de exercícios unilaterais, pois sinto que exploro melhor o músculo foco. Sabemos que nossa anatomia não é perfeita e não somos simétricos, então temos diferenças corporais que podem interferir nos treinos e desenvolvimento muscular. Eu por exemplo tenho mais força no braço direito e ele sempre tende a fazer a maior parte do trabalho quando os exercícios não são unilaterais. O que eu faço para melhorar? Encaixo os exercícios unilaterais em todos os treinos e sempre começo a fazer a série no lado do corpo que tenho menos força, assim eu terei mais energia para me dedicar a ele e quando eu mudar para o lado que tenho mais força o rendimento será mais equilibrado. Resumindo: Mais energia para o lado com menor força e menos energia para o lado com maior força.
