💥LADIES LOWER BUILDER WORKOUT💥 ↪I've previously touched on how main compound movements are going to be beneficial and critical to any long term structured training program. SHOWN HERE are some good alternative movements to grow the glutes and really bring along that lower half. --and No, @deenafagiano and I did not spend 20+ minutes 'pre-fatiguing' her lower body with banded lateral kicks or any of that other bullshit I see on the reg. The glutes need to be loaded under adequate resistance to grow, just like any other muscle. Ditch the bands and hip thrusts and get with a fitness pro who can actually educate you!! 🙏
While opening the shop we had A LOT of wood left behind from the previous tenant - instead of hauling it away we remembered @reclaimedgoodness and all of her sweet items at OB Farmers Market. She came and took all of the wood and then made THESE!! STUNNING!! Think before tossing items and do a simple search for people in your community who make beautiful art like this!
Think your hump day is rough? The contest window for the Red Bull Heavy Water Challenge #3 is now open. Last year, competitors faced mean and sizable swell and rough conditions at San Francisco’s Ocean Beach. Three grueling trips from the sand to the outside, then a distance paddle underneath the Golden Gate bridge and inside the bay... and then back!
