Why workout? Why maintain lean body mass? Why do mobility work? After all, it’s tedious as heck and takes a long ass time.
Sometimes.... almost always, the process involves injuries and set backs. So WHY do you do it?
As a coach, I can’t answer that question FOR you. We all have our different reasons and they are all 100% valid.
Here is my WHY: I want to feel like a kid and move like one for as long as I possibly can. That requires strength, speed, agility, mobility and a constant sense of wonder for the world around me. I want to be able to pick up any sport I want, or climb a tree or rope, or run around like a wild child. I want to feel the FREEDOM to do anything.
Loved this adult playground at the #Vanguard event by @atomicathlete last year. Can’t wait for this year’s fun! #getitatx#childlikewonder#moveyourbody#play#havefun#obstaclecourse
#DYK that running habits can lead to decreased cardiovascular risk factors? ❤️ Guess what else helps? BEETS! Studies show that the nitrates in beet juice may help improve blood flow and exercise ability.
So before every run, make sure you stay #PoweredbyNutriBeet . 😉
We are participating in a #k9ninjachallenge and today was the second day. For today's challenge we had to learn to crawl under stuff. Mom says she is super proud of me for trying this cause usually I'm too scared to try this type of thing. She wanted to celebrate by sharing my success with all of you! ~Brixyi
