CT4 is almost here!
We have 4 awesome guest chefs coming through to throw down some mouth-watering tacos for the celebration.
One of them is Tyson Blake from our neighbors down the street @obrienspubsd !! When we first opened, we were honestly a little intimidated to introduce ourselves as the new kids on the #ConvoyBlock , but Tyson and the O'Brien's family were super friendly and welcomed us with open arms. Since then, we've done numerous events with them, like Convoy Flight Night and cooking side-by-side at last year's @societebrewing anniversary. Tyson's an all around great guy and has such a passion for food. We're super excited to have him cooking in our kitchen, firing up some awesome tacos for our 4th anniversary. Tyson will be serving up a sweet cheeks taco made from Duroc pork. It’s going to be amazing so we hope to see you there!!
Bill Warnke of @bitterbrothersbrewingco made Gumbo for tonight's beer dinner. There is crispy chicken skin in the rice. Crunchy gumbo just blew my mind. The beers are so good and our O Brother Where Tart Thou is up next. This beer is INSANE!!!!! #sdbeer#nickelbeer#mastatom#obrienspubsd
