Practising the first one as well as working on hamstring flexibility will help to master the third (Pike) 😊 - Drive hips up pull knees in.
- Hips up and slightly twist, pulling knees in towards armpit. Alternating.
- Drive hips up keeping legs straight.
- Focus on keeping control through each movement.
- Keep a strong plank position in between each rep, legs straight, glutes engaged, arms strong, abs braced.
Note: My shoulder blades are happily ‘winging’, something I need to work on.
