I get asked a ton of questions about my clothes, where I shop and how I changed my closet while rapidly losing weight - and I’ve FINALLY filmed a video about it 🙌🏻 I’m giving you the all of details about where I splurged, where I saved, and how I changed out my entire closet over the period of one year. Buying new clothes has almost been therapeutic for me and is something that constantly keeps me on track. For years I was limited to plus size stores and the very limited plus size sections of department stores - being able to go in any store and know they’ll have my size has been amazing. But what’s been even more amazing is learning reward myself or celebrate with a piece of clothing instead of food. 💕 Video will be up on my YouTube channel tomorrow! Many of you know that I am a professional photographer. My bff @machelliephotography and I have been tag teaming weddings for 4 years now, so I have found many many photos like this one, which is me hiding in the corner. Usually I delete them and make some sort of disgusted noise. Guys- seeing my own image actually repulsed me. That’s not right. There is no way I will ever finish this journey if I continue to hate the girl behind it. Finalizing a wedding gallery last night I found this gem of a photo which occurred during the mother son dance. I didn’t make a face but instead I smiled and decided to share it. Down 100lbs and 60 more to go! I refuse to let the holidays be my excuse and we were well on our way to that happening. This is my promise to myself that I won’t be that girl anymore. The girl who loves herself cares enough to use what she has learned over the last year to get to the finish line!
Haven’t been as good at the gym lately and I am definitely disappointed in myself. 😕 I am hopping back on full speed ahead starting today - and will get back into the swing of things just in time for the holidays! 🤷🏼♀️ This is a pic from last week, and I totally did gain some weight back.

Breakfast was a @crepini_healthywraps filled with bacon and cheese and topped with @hilltopfoodsinc everything but the bagel seasoning. The egg wraps are so delicious and convenient- like seriously so easy. Swipe for nutrition. Also this seasoning tastes exactly like the Trader Joe’s version and basically I’m in lazy Saturday heaven with these newest additions to my keto food library. 🙌
After a not so good week before of being sick and just emotionally and physically drained, eating all the “comfort” foods, and not leaving house, I’m happy to be where I am! Pushing for 205lb by the end of this week! 💪🏼

Currently watching The Grinch and setting up for our get together tonight while babe throws down in the kitchen. I'm making an apple cider sangria and a pumpkin oreo cheesecake. This house smells like love and cinnamon. Omg. This is my favorite time of year. Friends, family and food. Doesn't get any better than that🤗

When you’re a cranky bitch and so your husband makes you go take a nap. 😂🤷🏻♀️ This is day 2 of me being super freaking cranky.... for no reason. I’m gonna drink my shake and take a nap. I got 1 @premierprotein chocolate with ice, a splash of almond milk, topped with 2tbsp of frozen whipped topping. 😋
So, this morning I tried a new workout @formula3fitness .... and let me just say I DIED. It was a killer workout. •
But honestly, I’m really proud of myself for getting there today. The class started at 10 & I accidentally slept until 9:27..... and the gym is 20 minutes from me..... and I needed to get gas. So I got dressed, filled my gallon, got gas & drove there all within 31 minutes. I actually had two minutes to spare. 😱
Normally I would’ve just told my friend that I couldn’t make it today, but today I woke up motivated and determined & I’m so glad I did! •
Hopefully I can keep this attitude up! 😂🤷🏻♀️
I’m not sure who’s quote this is, so if you know, tell me and I’ll give all of the credit! I’ve been thinking about this a lot lately. The past month I’ve been focusing on things that help nourish me and help me grow and be more confident. And anything that doesn’t help fuel that, I’m getting rid of it. Today I have approximately a million things to do and I’m currently trying to figure out how to do them all. I think today I’m going to clean my car, head to the gym, then maybe to get my nails done, and then I’m getting lash extensions! I’m so exited!
SIZE 14!??? Shut the front door. Legit went to Old Navy to see what size I’m in because my 16s we’re getting big but I didn’t expect the 14s to actually slide over my hips let alone zip and button comfortably. It’s more proof that even though the scale might not move for 2 or 3 weeks, or move verrrry slowly, your body is still working and getting smaller. I legit can’t believe it. I haven’t been a 14 since like 9th grade. Sharing a pic of my abdomen as well because I’ve been focusing on my abs to try and reign in some of the fat in that area from pregnancy and weird skin from the surgeries I’ve had, and I’m so psyched to see it’s been working. When I started this process, I was a size 28. I’ve literally halved my jeans sizes. I can shop in the normal section. I can get clothes at a thrift store. I can wear a belt. It’s the little things.
