Happy Saturday! Woke up this morning and everything is beautifully covered in snow ❄⛄ Takes me back to my childhood, when saturday mornings were spent sitting with my brother watching early morning cartoons, eating breakfast ❤ Fast forward 20 years and here I am feeling that same excitement! 
Due to certain remedies I am taking now, I cannot eat dark chocolate for a while, so I bought some dairyfree white chocolate from @veganz to give it a go. To be honest, it lacks exactly what chocolate is all about for me, the cacao, but melted into oats or baked into a cake it's perfect! 👉GF Oats cooked in coconut milk, added fruit coconut yoghurt, raspberries and white chocolate. Have a lovely day everyone!! 😊

My second successful creation using @instantpotofficial & breakfast on repeat this week- apple cinnamon oatmeal! The recipe I followed was from @cozypeachkitchen and it called for steel cut oats (which I’ve never had before btw), non-dairy milk (I used coconut), brown sugar (which was optional and I used coconut sugar), apples, cinnamon, and nutmeg. I typically added some more apples before warming it up, and some jelly and/or PB when I felt like it. I gotta say, I am definitely a fan of steel cut oats now!..and of how easy this was to make, that’s obviously the best part haha🤷🏻‍♀️in other news, it is finally the weekend and I am looking forward to curling up on the couch tonight and relaxing before I have to deal with my car tomorrow 😩 Happy Friday! 🌿

Po naprawdę długiej przerwie znów się uwielbiamy 🥰. Jadłam je często i tak naprawdę nie wiem czemu, ale po mału odeszły w niepamięć. Wszyscy zajadali się owsiankami, a ja straciłam na nie ochotę. I to wcale nie była kwestia przejedzenia konkretnym produktem.
Choć zawsze interesowałam się dietetycznymi nowinkami 📚, zdecydowanie wolałam czytać badania, niż najnowsze, modne diety.
U mnie wystąpił kanapkowy szał 🥪 i nie było nic lepszego, niż świeży, pachnący chleb z masłem.
A „cały świat” nagle zaczął jeść białkowe śniadania 😮. Nagle zalecenia, normy i prawidłowe komponowanie posiłków nie były ważne 🍽, nagle polecano wszystkim w okół jeść śniadania białkowo-tłuszczowe 🍳🥑.
W najmniejszym stopniu nie neguję takich śniadań, czy nawet ich braku. Piszę to tylko po to by uświadomić Wam i przypomnieć, że każdy z Nas jest inny, ma inne cele sylwetkowe, zdrowotne i inne możliwości💫. Już nawet nie wspominając o gustach i preferencjach😋. Pamiętajcie, że nie musicie podążać za modą, że powinniście wybierać to co dla Was dobre. To, że zastosujesz zalecenia kierowane do ogółu nie spowoduje, że zmienisz swoją figurę czy poprawisz formę.
Sama przez pewien czas jadłam takie śniadania i dalej jem kiedy tylko mam taką ochotę. Spróbowałam m.in. po to by zobaczyć jak będę się po nich czuć i funkcjonować. Jeśli Ci nie odpowiadają nie mecz się, zjedz to co lubisz. Nie ma przymusu. Ja jem owsiankę, bo lubię😍. Zjedź to co lubisz, a nie to co modne. Wybierz mądrze dla siebie, nie dla ogółu❤️.

Najważniejsze jest tu zdrowe podejście do konkretnej osoby, do siebie 💚. Pamiętaj, że dieta zalecona koleżance niekoniecznie będzie dobra dla Ciebie.

dEATs: 1/2 c oats cooked in 1 c water. Stir in 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, cinnamon, allspice, ground clove, and ginger. Top with honey roasted pear (brush with melted coconut oil honey, cinnamon and cook at 450 for 10-15 min), @siggisdairy vanilla yogurt, almond butter, and pomegranate seeds.

P.s. the spoon does in fact make it taste better

It had a pleasantly clean texture and the flavour of oats really shone through 😋 stirred in some cinnamon and nutmeg too for some extra variety of flavour :3

Crawling out of bed only to make myself a bowl of porridge 🙈. This week I successfully managed to switch my cherry pie oats for this spiced blackberry combo, although I must admit, I still prefer frozen cherries! I’ve been making them with 1/2 a teaspoon each of ground cinnamon and ginger as not only do they taste amazing together, but they both have great antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. A pretty good way to start the day in my books! 
Deets 🍒: blackberry spiced oats (@mornflake jumbo oats, @pulsinhq soya protein, maca, cinnamon, ginger, stevia + @rebel_kitchen mylk, + frozen blackberries once thickened) cooked stove top, topped with greek yoghurt, peanut butter, advent chocolate + bee pollen ✨ #mylifeisforliving

Festive oats. This has to be my Christmas Day breakfast! Oats with cinnamon, orange zest and #kokodairyfree yoghurt. Topped with caramelized banana, using a tiny bit of vegan spread, vanilla essence and maple syrup. And a sprinkling of toasted coconut flakes, blueberries, pecans, cacao nibs. Finally a drizzle of maple syrup.
