Made some #ketowaffles for dinner and they wer sooooo good!! I was going to make #eggloaf with coconut flour waffles but I was out of coconut flour 🤦🏻♀️ so I put #flaxmeal and #oatfiber and they came out perfect and CRISPY...like waffles should be IMO! 카테킨이란거 자체가 뭔가 영양분이라기보다는

This is what the inside of my Keto microwave “whole wheat” bread recipe, looks like, with a few teaspoons of seeds added. ~2-3.5 net carbs. As soon as it’s cool I freeze it, if it’s not going to be used right away, to maintain it’s soft fluffy texture. This recipe makes 1 regular bread slice sized container, and 1 smaller one. Once they’re cooled, I use a good, quality sharp serrated knife, and safe knife skills to slice it in half. The slices aren’t very thick, but hold up really well for sandwiches or toast. NEW RECIPE INFO CONTINUED: We've heard concerns about brown rice containing arsenic, so we switched to white rice flour, which is a good source of magnesium, phosphorus, manganese, selenium, iron, folic acid, thiamine and niacin.
Then we mixed that with Arrowroot to close out the gluten free flour mix. Arrowroot is one of the easiest starches for the body to digest, and is a healthier, non-GMO alternative to thickeners like cornstarch.
Then we added oat fiber to help the cookies keep their shape. Oat fiber is made by taking the hull or outer husk of an oat and grinding it up and is a good source of...you guessed it...fiber.
Needed a quick cinnamon bun fix this morning. Everyone’s food pics had me droooling! The cinnamon bun recipe I use makes 2 buns. I like mine straight from the microwave into a little hot frying pan with melted butter, then fried until golden. Then topped with sweet vanilla cream cheese.
