아직 감이 잘 안 오네요 당분간 벽에서 블럭물구 연습해야할듯... 제 생각에는 블럭을 쥐는 손가락으로 블럭을 당기거나
손꿈치로 블럭을 앞(등)방향으로 밀면 되는것 같은데
아직 서툽니다 ㅎㅎ 
블럭에 언능 익숙해져서 재미난 동작들 많이 해보고 싶네요!!

자유물구나무 홀드시간이 20~30초에서 더이상 안 늘어서 훈련 루틴을 바꿨습니다. 소머코치의 주기화훈련법+디로딩입니다. 세트수*홀드시간. 4주마다 운동강도를 낮춥니다. 3주차부터 매우 힘들어질 것 같네요. 그래도 꾸준히 해서 1분 홀드 성공해 보겠습니다! ㅎㅎ

12초 넘게 홀드할 수 있어도 12초로 제한해야 되는데 오버한 세트가 있네요 ㅠ 괜히 욕심이 생겨가지고... 아무튼 첫 주는 무난하게 가고 있는듯 합니다.

물구나무 성공률이 올라가고 있는 느낌입니다. 12초 3번 성공하는데 10분이 채 걸리지 않네요 ㅎㅎㅎ

자세만 좀 가다듬으면 될 것 같아요.

하체에 힘주기. 발끝 포인트하기. 어깨 열기.
이정도만 더 개선하면 일자물구나무 설 수 있겠습니다.

Freestanding HS periodic training week1 - day1
3sets x 12 sec

1. 더 홀드할 수 있음에도 참아야 주기화훈련이 의미가 있다.
2. 다른 훈련할 체력이 남아 있음에도 참아야 주기화훈련이 의미가 있다.
3. 인내심 기르는데 도움됨.
4. 홀드시간 세는건 14호흡 정도 내쉬면 12초.

훈련시간 스트레칭 10분 물구나무 10분 총 20분.

Periodic training(PT) is meaningful only when I do not hold more than 12sec although I can, and do not train any other drills although I afford to. PT is good for growing endurance. 14 exhales are equivalent to 12 seconds.

Stretching 10min training 10min total workout 20min.

따따님 조언에 따라 1주차는 3x12 로만 진행.
2주차는 5x12, 3주차는 3x24. 3주차부터 굉장히 빡세질듯.

According to his advice, my training of 1, 2, and 3 week will be 3x12, 5x12, and 3x24, respectively. I feel that from 3rd week my training will become tough.

바닥에서 자유물구나무 홀드해보면 요새 10~20%확률로 20~30초 홀드가 되긴 하는데요. 성공률도 낮아서 높이고싶고 홀드시간도 1분까지 늘려보고 싶은데 홀드시간/성공률 늘리는 법이 뭐가 있나요?

Lately I had an ephiphany about the handstand holds. I was able to isolate the movement from my pelvis and to tilt it front while in handstand and bam! You are in a zone where you can balance the hell out of it! And no I am not talking about going banana with your back. .
Banana back is making a even curve in your back because you did not engage your belly muscles properly.

Tilting pelvis to the front is still having the control over belly (not letting all go loose) but letting your pelvis tilt on purpose.
.
So now this is not really good and I am not saying you should do it. This is just a compensation that our body does, for most automatically (unlike me I had to figure out how to do that) so you are able to be upside down and balance without falling down. .
?So my question is if you are practicing handstands - are you really aware of the position of your pelvis (again not talking about banana back at all)?

우크라이나산 패럴렛은 디자인은 좋은데 미끄러집니다. 방지패드 대신 매트를 깔고 써야겠네요.
패럴렛에 익숙해지는데 시간이 많이 걸릴듯.

Oneroad parallettes are better than Ukraine parallettes. Ukraine's parallettes are in good design but they slip on the floor. I had to use mats. It will take time to be accustomed to p bars.

Time reversing
If only we could...
After posting my video yesterday I noticed that my wife was talking at the background of the video, saying how much she wanted to be in Thailand right now. 
It made me remember this video I made the last time we were there. I had this idea of shooting a movement and then reversing it - and this is how it turned out. 
Sometimes I feel the same as my wife - just go to Thailand and be there. 
It’s not just the sun, amazing beaches, great people and of course coconuts. 
Above all, for me, it’s that feeling of freedom. This irreplaceable feeling. 
I’m lucky that 2019 handstands workshops by @yuval_on_hands (and me assisting) at @allyogatraining are already filling up! Can’t wait!

Just a quick move between those two positions. Have to admit that I’m still getting use to the tuck which is relatively new for me. Feels like it’s coming along and starting to feel like part of “my positions”. As long as I keep working on it regularly it will become more and more comfortable. .

오늘은 78세 노인이 제 물구나무를 칭찬해주고 가셨어요 ㅎㅎ 아직 잘 못하지만 기분은 좋네요
Today a 78-year-old senior praised me! I am not good enough yet, but I feel good.

플란체그립에 익숙해지려면 좀 걸릴듯...잘 안되네요
It will take time for me to be familiar with planche grip. I am struggling with it.

일단 손으로 쥐어봤어요. 제가 손이 매우 큰 편인데 딱 알맞게 쥐어지네요.
물구나무 차올리기는 잘 성공 못했어요. 패럴렛과 마찬가지로 높이가 높아지기 때문에 훨씬 세게 차야되는데 차오던 습관이 있어서 혼란이 옵니다.
그래도 몇번 차올리기 성공은 했는데 균형잡기는 아직 잘 안돼서 영상은 없습니다 (좌우밸런스가 깨짐)
연습이 많이 필요할 것 같아요..ㅠㅠ
균형잡기 방법도 맨땅이랑 조금 달라보입니다.
아직 확신이 드는건 아닌데 
손으로 블럭을 세게 쥐고 지면 수평방향 앞뒤로 미는 방식으로 잡는걸로 추정됩니다(뇌피셜) 심지어 튜토리얼도 잘 없네요.
그리고 불균형 물구나무 시도했어요. 한팔만 블럭위에 놓고 나머지팔은 맨땅에!
이건 맨땅팔 방향으로 넘어지려 하는걸 맨땅손으로 버텨야 되는데 지금 손이 회복이 덜 된듯 합니다... 힘이 많이 딸려서 그냥 옆으로 고꾸라지네요. 이거 성공하면 한팔물구 도전해볼 생각인데 갈길이 머니 그냥 천천히 해볼 생각입니다!
결론적으로 블럭 매우 맘에들어요 잘 산듯! 하지만 블럭들 보기와는 다르게 매우 어려운 친구인게 분명해졌어요...ㄷㄷ

무엇보다 좋은건 블럭이 전혀 미끄러지지 않게 미끄럼방지패드가 붙어있다는것👍👍👍👍👍.
