But it’s amazing how you can retrain your tastebuds. A few days of swapping the sweet stuff for the antioxidant-packed dark varieties and the sweetest of sweet tooths will be satisfied. One of my favorite snacks! Pistachio’s paired with peppers! I’m the weirdo who eats the peppers like an apple, they are crunchy, sweet and delicious! And they pair so well with these addicting Pistachios that I need to remind myself that portion control is what’s important!!

These were my test results back in March 2016...a month before we moved to CO.
I had :
✅ given up added sugar because that increased Cholesterol according to studies
✅ added coconut oil to coffee each day bc coconut oil helps burn fat and reduce bad cholesterol ✅ increased my healthy fats overall because they are to help the body...avocados, olive oil, almonds, nut butter etc...a healthy fat every meal
✅ protein protein...does the body good , right?! 👇
Holy cow!! My blood work was worse than when I was eating baked goods, gluten, hot chocolate in coffee, pretzels etc! 😳. I still had high LDL then but I remember my triglycerides being on 35 and with the “healthy fats” they increased to 89!!! Triglycerides are more dangerous than LDL 👇
Sooo I will be interested in seeing what transpires with decreasing my fat loss while increasing fruit and veggies...yes fruit! Because that so called healthy fat/low sugar diet did not work!! Hoping @medicalmedium books help me as much as others! I want to eliminate this issue, Adrenal issues, RAYNAUD’S and on and off bouts of eczema! His Liver Rescue book simply makes too much sense!!!
