Potato, Brussels sprouts and cauliflower from Parnell Farmers’ Market baked at 225 for 40 minutes with Moroccan spice mix and avocado oil.

Tarakihi 🐟 or any white fish fillets pan fried about 1 min per side with some lemon and Garam Masala.

Un poquito de Ana ... Tengo 23 años, estudié la licenciatura en nutrición, y jamás imaginé que terminaría trabajando específicamente con niños y bebés. Y puedo decir que de todas las etapas es la más bonita. He visto cosas feas en el hospital, y llegar y poder sacarle una sonrisa a los pequeños o un simple gracias de los papás es lo más bonito.
