As you know, I’m into fitness and having a healthy active lifestyle, however it can be hard sometimes to get a full balanced meal everyday with the proper nutrition. Muito prático, fica pronta em menos de 5 minutos e não vai ao fogo!
4 colheres de sopa cheias de leite em pó integral (usei NINHO forti+) 5 colheres de sopa rasa de água bem quente (quero testar com leite de avelã, acho que o sabor vai ficar mais parecido com nutella🌰!)
50 gramas de chocolate ( usei o chocolate ao leite loov da @chocolifealimentosfuncionais )
2 colheres de sopa de mel ( se quiser trocar por adoçante em pó, são duas colheres, porém não fica aveludado)
1 colher de café de óleo de coco .
Modo de preparo:
Peneire o leite em pó duas vezes até ficar bem fininho e sem grumos, adicione as colheres de água quente e mexa com um fouet( batedor de arames) até ficar bem cremoso e sem grumos( não dá certo com garfo, fica com gruminhos de leite em pó) derreta o chocolate de 30 em 30 segundos no microondas, depois de derretido adicione na mistura do leite em pó, por último adicione o mel( que deixa aveludado) e o óleo de coco para dar brilho, mexa tudo muito bem com o fouet e está pronta essa maravilha!🙌🏼

Could not post this yesterday as I had problems with my internet. That was my green smoothie for Day 5 in the 7-day green smoothie challenge. I missed 2 days in a row because of some issues I had, but I'm back on track and I'm planning to extend this challenge as I really love it and love how nutritious it is 💚.
In my smoothie: Half a head of an iceberg lettuce, 1 cucumber, 1 red apple, and half a cup of mango pieces 😋. .
Pancakes de CÚRCUMA.
Como se podrán dar cuenta, los pancakes son de mis platillos favoritos para desayunar.
Estos son una delicia además de tener todas las propiedades de la cúrcuma, la cual exhibe más de 150 actividades potencialmente terapéuticas, incluyendo la actividad anti-inflamatoria y antimicrobiana, así como potentes propiedades anti- cancerígenas que han sido estudiadas.
Ingredientes:. 1 huevo 🥚 entero y 3 claras.
1/3 tz avena.
1/2 tz leche de almendras sin azúcar.
1 sobre de stevia.
1/2 cdta canela.
1/2 cdta cúrcuma.
Si quieres consistencia esponjosa en tus pancakes, agrega a la mezcla una cucharadita y media de pollo para hornear.
Mezclar todos los ingredientes y precalentar un sartén antiadherente. Puedes usar aceite de coco 🥥 para prevenir que se pegue la masa en el sartén.
De topping puedes usar plátano, con un poco de miel de maple sin azúcar y para decorar usé semillas de chía.
I rarely have bread at home. It’s just not a regular part of my diet. I stopped buying it years ago. But I had some left from our potluck on Friday, and today was leg day, so: French toast! I used two slices of wheat bread, mixed up 1 egg, 3T egg whites, vanilla, and cinnamon. Topped it with spray butter and @lakantosweetener syrup. I had a protein shake too. But this was just a really delicious change of pace for me.
I’ve got so many photos that I would like to post and so many things that I wanted to say... from how only 2 out of 90 ten/eleven year old put their hands up when I asked them if they knew how to cook scrambled eggs... all the way to my latest coconut and cucumber summer ice shake... but really I’m feeling a little lazy to go into any of the details... so instead here’s my lunch, with the leftover pesto from yesterday mixed into canellini beans with added spice.
