I made capellini with marinara sauce for #dinner , which is nothing new - what was new was that I also added nutritional yeast. Anyone else ever tried it? It didn’t taste like the #cheese it was replacing, but it was still good in its own way.

1/2 cup of reduced fat cottage cheese, 1 roma tomato chopped, 1/2 English cucumber sliced. Sprinkled with nutritional yeast and tsp liquid aminos. That's it!

Half a face-sized #zucchini from your garden
Fistful of #breakfastsausage from your ex-co-workers pig
5 eggs from the egg lady who delivers eggs to my door every Saturday
Some #almondflour (not local)
Spices be like: salt, pepper, onion pow, garlic pow, cayenne, #nutritionalyeast for nutrition. Some some of each.
Grate your zucchini then squeeze it like you’re trying to kill it in a towel. Remove as much moisture (#moist ) as possible.
Mix in almond flour, 3 eggs, all spices.
Spoon it into your #waffle iron. Waffle it for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, pan fry your sausage party and cook your eggs over hard. If you want cheese, flip your eggs and put cheese on top and then use a lid. But if you’re a healthy #whole30 or #paleo#snob like me (jk I wish) then omit the cheese.
Put the things in the middle of your waffles like a #breakfastsandwich and #voila you’re a #locavore . #localvore ?
