Nearly three years ago I used to be an intense yogi!!🌿I was absolutely in love and obsessed with yoga and meditation and the entire practice of it all. I stopped after some things went down in my personal life and I never got back into it UNTIL NOW!! I’m planning to share more yoga flows on my page and I’m so excited about it!!! Make sure you keep a neutral spine, full stretch at the top of the movement, and a brief pause on the contraction to really FEEL your back working. Most people use this as a finisher for back day at a higher rep range (15-20) and its great for that. But, try loading some decent weight on there and doing 4 sets of 12 every now and then. Honestly....just wanted a reason to post that back pic 😂 for training and nutrition send me a DM!!💪

🍋🍗 Grilled Lemon Chicken ~
1 lb. boneless chicken breast 
Juice of 1 lemon 
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder 
Add lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder to a shallow bowl. Beat vigorously with a fork to combine into a dressing. Cut each breast in half to make 4 even pieces about 1/2 inch thick. Add the chicken to the dressing and let marinate for at least 20 mins. flipping half way through. Grill 5-7 minutes each side or bake on 400F for 25-30 mins. flipping half way through or until golden brown.

Cut a large tomato in half, place each half onto baking sheet cut side up. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then top with bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 20 mins. on 400 until cheese gets melted and golden.

I like to preach about the importance of listening to your body’s signals & cutting out the things that it reacts poorly to. Yet I completely ignored every sign that my morning cup of love (aka coffee) was giving me that wonderful ❤️🔥 again.

Now here I am waking up every morning and chasing the 💤’s away with a morning cup of Irish Breakfast Tea. It’s the strongest tea I could find at the grocery store & has definitely helped to fill the hole that cutting out my daily beans has left. 😢 (as well as keep those caffeine withdrawals away!)
Anyone out there have any strong, black tea suggestions for ya gal?! Loose leaf, in a tea bag, ANYTHING! ❤️

On a more serious not, I firmly believe that you should not eat the things that make you feel like the worst version of yourself. If you often find yourself waking up feeling sick, or become overly bloated after every meal, or experience any lack of 💩, take a step back and assess your diet first and foremost. 
Food can heal the body, but it can also harm. 
Reacting to your food in any way that makes you feel yucky and uncomfortable more than likely means that your body is telling you it isn’t happy with what you’re putting in it! Plain and simple!! Learning your trigger foods will help you to not only feel better but also strengthen your relationship with food 🌱
There are honestly a LOT of foods that I don’t eat or seldom do purely because I don’t like the way I feel after eating them! Surprisingly, most of them are foods that truly are healthy. It just so happens my body struggles with digesting them and that’s OKAY. There are a million ways to get nutrients, cutting out a few things because they make you feel icky is going to help you to feel at your best!

Here it is! Vegetarian Zucchini Crust Pizza Pocket. Dinner tonight was ammmaaazing and I will definitely make it again. The dough itself is versatile and easy to make! I stuffed it with all vegetarian friendly ingredients(vegan sausage, kale, spinach, bell pepper, mushroom, sauce and cheese of course). I attached the nutrition facts for the dough only. Depending on what you consider a serving will be more or less. I tend to have bigger portions 🤷🏼‍♀️😂. I considered my pizza pocket 1.5 servings.

—Zucchini Crust Recipe—
•1 Large Zucchini or 2 Medium (Grated and drained)
•2 Eggs.
•1/2 cup Parmesan cheese.
•1/2 cup almond flour (Can sub other flours).
•Dash of Pepper.
•1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Mix ingredients. Place on cookie sheet (spray with non stick or use parchment paper) and mold to size and shape of preference. Bake for 10-15 min. Once the top began to brown I took out of oven and put toppings on one half. Then I placed the other crust on top of the other and pressed the ends. Almost like how you would for a calzone to bind. Popped back in the oven for another 8-10 min and complete! .
