Results time... 30 days of OMAD (one meal a day) Keto. Mon-Thurs, fasted HIIT at 5:30pm, then my only meal of the day right after. I was in a slight deficit on those days because 2600 calories is a challenge to eat in a 1 hour window. Fri-Sun was 2 or three 'lazy keto' and 1 day a week to eo week, a carb re-feed.
I was truly expecting to be up in weight and bf% just because it felt like I was not being strict at all for those 3 days a week. Plus I had just eaten a big breakfast with a few coffees before weighing in. I had said if my weight or bf stayed the same after that month that I would keep doing this. So as you can see.. my numbers went the right direction. Down 2lbs and BF% went down 0.6%. Pretty crazy.
Definitely finding out what my body likes through these personal experiments, and OMAD is here to stay for me.
