All you need:
Organic chicken carcass <including neck, feet and offal if possible> 
1 Onion roughly chopped
2 Carrots sliced lengthways 
2 celery sticks snapped
1 thumb of ginger roughly sliced
1 tbsp Turmeric or a thumb of fresh turmeric
1 tbsp Ground cinnamon
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Salt and black pepper
400-700 ml water (small-large chicken)

Place all ingredients in your slow cooker over night for 12 hours. .

1. Reduce the amount of water so that the nutrients remian intact in the food and are not dissolved and lost in water during preparation.
2. Reduce the length of cooking period.Overcooking leads to breaking of the vitamin and mineral structure and hence loss of it.
3. Reduce the amount of surface exposed. While cutting vegetables ,finely chopped ones can lead to loss of nutrients as more area exposes more nutrients.Big pieces can ensure that they stay intact.

ممكن انت تكون عندك سكر لكن فى بدايته او مثلا السكر عندك بسيط ومتظبط بالأدوية لكن الصح ان العسل الطبيعى بالرغم من فوايده العاليا جداااااااا الا انه غير مناسب لمرضى السكر .

🌿🍋HONEY LEMON CHICKEN AND GREEN BEANS STIR FRY🍗🍯
Ingredients
▪1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces (2 large chicken breasts)
▪3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
▪2 tablespoons rice wine vinegarsalt and pepper
▪Olive oil
▪12 ounces green beans trimmed and cut into bite sized pieces (about 2 cups)
▪Honey Lemon Sauce:3/4 cup low sodium chicken brothJuice and zest from 1 large lemon
▪1/4 cup honey or more/less to taste
▪2 tablespoons cornstarch
▪1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
▪1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes1 garlic clove minced 🍯Instructions🍯
🌾Combine the chicken, soy sauce and rice wine vinegar in a large zip-top bag, and toss until the chicken is evenly coated. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 8 hours. (If no time to marinate, just toss the chicken, soy sauce and vinegar in a small bowl and let sit while you prep the rest of the recipe).
🍃In a small bowl, whisk the sauce ingredients together until combined (cornstarch should no longer be visible). Set aside.
🌻Heat a tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add green beans and season with a pinch of salt. Stir and cook for 3-4 minutes, until beans are bright green but still crisp. Transfer to a large plate or bowl and set aside.
🌿Add another tablespoon of oil to the skillet over medium-high heat. Pour the chicken from the bag into the hot skillet. Season
🍗Add the chicken and saute for 5-7 minutes or until cooked through and no longer pink, stirring and turning the chicken occasionally for even browning. the chicken to the plate with the green beans.
💛Pour the whisked honey lemon sauce into the empty saute pan. Cook over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce reaches a low boil and thickens. Taste and adjust seasonings to your liking.

I've been #overweight most of my life. I could go into the reasons why but I don't think anyone really wants to know the reasons why. I wasn't happy being overweight but I wasn't unhappy enough to do anything about it for a very long time. Because I avoided photos being taken, I avoided mirrors, I didn't acknowledge my weight. Sure I was #bullied and my weight was one of the main things I was bullied over but it never inspired me to change. I guess in my mind, I wouldn't be changing for me, I'd be changing for them and I just couldn't stick to any diet. I needed the motivation. I now have the motivation, I now want to lose the weight. I want to be healthy. I want to be able to walk into any clothes shop, buy that sexy outfit. I want to take a selfie from any angle and not worry about a double chin. My weightloss journey is my own journey but along the way I'm learning to become a nutritionist. I'm hoping that as I educate myself about healthy living then I can then educate others as well. But you have to want to change. You have to want it otherwise you'll never succeed. Alle samt starke Entzündungshemmer, seit meiner MS Erkrankung hat sich das Frühstück maßgeblich verändert....
Noch vor einem halben Jahr gab es morgens Bacon and Egg, mittags Fleisch mit Kartoffeln und Reis und abends ebenso Fisch oder Fleisch mit Salat. Und WARUM?! Weil ich dachte, es sei LEBENSNOTWENDIG für meine Muskeln und MICH (höhöhö) Unmengen an Proteinen in mich hinein zu schaufeln... heute weiß ich es besser... es gibt deutschlandweit, jährlich nicht einen Fall von Proteinmangelernährung. ÜBERALL sind Eiweiße enthalten. Ja sogar im Reis, in Kartoffeln, sogar in BANANEN. Seinen Proteinbedarf zu decken ist somit ein leichtes(außer für Hochleistungssportler, bsp. im Bodybuilding, hat aber nichts mehr mit Gesundheit zu tun),
aber seinen Ballaststoffbedarf von täglich 30 g zu decken, DAS IST WICHTIG und weit aus schwieriger. Es bewahrt uns jedoch vor vielen Neuzeiterkrankungen wie Diabetes Typ II, Bluthochdruck und KHK-Vorfällen.

Happy Sunday everyone! Just thought I’d share a clip on a set of deadlifts I performed. Throughout the years I have struggled with this movement specifically due to a low back injury, I was able to perform 5 reps for 4 sets at 155 lbs. I enjoy performing max strength exercises because I feel that my body responds well with this style of training and I get my best results through max strength.
