But a good exercise for the lats and I encourage to do at least one body weight exercise in every training session. Why? Because if you can lift your own body weight you’ll be more agile, mobile and if there’s ever a zombie apocalypse you’ll be able to get yourself up walls and climb 👍🏼 Arms wider than shoulder width apart, squeeze the back at the top and stretch at the bottom.

Затова и антиоксидантите са един от най-добрите помощници на човешкия организъм и имунната система в борбата с болестите и опазването на здравето. 
Нашето тяло също разполага със собствени антиоксиданти (коензим Q10, глутатион и др.), които ефективно се борят с действието на свободните радикали. Но за съжаление с напредването на възрастта, приема на еднообразна и непълноценна храна и непрекъснато увеличаващите се негативни фактори (цигарен дим, изгорели газове, химически замърсена храна и вода), количеството и ефективността на антиоксидантите намалява обратнопропорционално на активността на радикалите. Това означава само едно - трябва да се увеличи консумацията на храни, богати на витамин С и Е, бетакаротин и селен - или едни от най-добрите антиоксиданти, които не само ще неутрализират свободните радикали, но и ще подобрят физиологията на организма, като го предпазват от вируси, бактерии и токсични вещества.

Next time you find yourself apologising for looking at the dessert menu because it’s a little bit naughty, stop 🛑 . Next time you find yourself indulging in the comfort of your duvet as you feel to embarrassed to do it in front of others, stop 🛑. I spent many years doing each of the above and all that happened was I fell into an unhealthy relationship with food ❌. I was embarrassed and ashamed to enjoy food, I avoided as much as I could after a few months/years of doing this I became scared of food. Embracing and eating all types of foods builds a happy realtionship with not only food but also yourself 🙃. Let’s ditch the social morals that revolve around food 👋🏼. I mean, it’s a good damn necessity to living, not only is it a necessity it’s also an enjoyment, a pleasure! Make a kind decision to yourself, your mind and body. Eat what your body wants and your mind needs and ENJOY ✨ . 
Smoothie recipe: 
1️⃣cup of fresh orange juice 
1️⃣strawberry yoghurt 
1️⃣banana 
1️⃣1/2 teaspoon of honey
1️⃣Handful of raspberries

Beans are high in oligosaccharides, specifically raffinose. Humans don’t have the enzyme to break down raffinose (just like we don’t have lactase to break down lactose... leading to lactose intolerance). Therefore, when we eat beans (or other high raffinose foods) it remains in our gut, undigested, until we 💩 it out. While it waits around inside our colon it starts to ferment, which leads to discomfort, bloating and the inevitable... farting.

I haven’t had legumes in such a looonnnggg time because they cause me a lot of digestive pain and flare ups 😭 BUT NOT ANYMORE!

What did I do differently this time!? I SOAKED the beans. Soaking requires a bit of planning ahead, but I’m okay with it, and don’t really have a choice.
Why soak?:
1️⃣increases digestibility by breaking down and releasing the oligosaccharides (so they don’t enter our gut totally undigested)
2️⃣removes contaminants
3️⃣reduces the amount of phytic acid (too much PA can actually inhibit the absorption of the wonderful micro minerals that beans provide)

I soaked these for 48 hours in warm water and with 3tbsp of apple cider vinegar (which enhances the breakdown process). The longer you soak, the more you breakdown👍🏻
Side note: if you purchase beans in a can, make sure they don’t have any added salt.

- pinch of grated nutmeg - splash of almond milk

I sweated all the veg for about 10 minutes with a splash of water (although a bit of oil would be cool also, but I don’t use much oil in cooking) Once you see the leeks start to brown a bit cover the veg with water adding salt/ pepper/ nutmeg and bring to the boil then simmer for about 20 mins. I let it cool for about 15 minutes then put it in a blender until it’s the consistency you prefer, add the almond milk and blend a teeny bit more and...voila!!!
