Got some vegan chipotle tonight and brought it home. Saw this on the bag. “Porking delicious?” That’s such an offensive way to describe the animal that you IMMEDIATELY claim there was “no animal cruelty” to. Like—- killing and eating him and calling him “porking delicious” is cruel and messed up!! I appreciate their vegan options a lot, but this is just so insensitive to the pigs who die and are served here. I expected more from #chipotle
marinated kelp noodles topped with almond/tahini carrot chunks! 🥕🥕🥕🥕recipe for the carrots is a few posts back- but didn’t chop the carrots as finely this time!! i am a HUGE texture person with food lol (aka why I am addicted to granola & anything crunchy) so this meal was perfect with all of the diff textures👌🏻it kinda reminded me of shrimp scampi 🍤 marinating the kelp noodles in the carrot dressing is a great way to make their texture less firm! kelp noodles are a great source of iodine (essential for the body and replenishes mineral salts lost from perspiring) and helps to protect and heal the thyroid🤙🏼 these noodles are a great alternative for raw vegans & for anyone sensitive to pasta or grains!
Animals get b12 from dirt and bugs and fecal bacteria!! I think I would rather just take a supplement yeah? B12 used to be in soil and water but isn’t because of how we chlorinate water and factory farm soil. Just an interesting fact for those of you who don’t know!
