My go to favorite reset after a weekend away and a waaaay too long flight delay👎. I’m really good at packing food for a trip, always have my snacks and a good meal for the flight, a few packets of mushroom coffee☕️🍫 and cocoa. But, I never realized how much I needed to also have extra healthy goodies for a short flight home🤦‍♀️. Not thinking of a possible 5 delay, 🤷‍♀️ I brought very little home with me. Needless to say... I am a Qualified Sports Dietitian and have worked with a number of elite athletes, Olympians and sports teams including St Kilda, Melbourne Victory, Athletics Australia, the Victorian Institute of Sport & the Australian Ballet. ✨caramelized banana 🍌, @mannaorganics sprouted  almond butter, raw cacao nibs 🍫, edible flowers from my garden 🌼 and served with a warm cuppa @foursigmatic mushroom and adaptogen ☕️coffee mix (which I did bring with me to Boston 👏). ✨

When life hands you zucchini... how about some CREAMY MATCHA ZOATS? 🍃 I’m pretty  sure that I’ll be posting many zucchini recipes this month (my garden is full of them👩‍🌾!) and this one is a keeper! 
Here’s my new recipe👩‍🍳:
Add 1.5 cups shredded zucchini, 3/4 cups @bobsredmill gluten free oats🌾, 1. 25 cups almond milk 🥛, 1 tsp @foursigmatic matcha mushroom 🍃🍄🍃blend, 2 tbs water💧 (or more as needed), to a saucepan, mix well and cook over low heat until liquid is mostly absorbed, and then add 1/2 mashed banana 🍌and optional but highly recommended: 1 tsp @mountainroseherbs mesquite powder, 1 tsp @rawspicebar German gingerbread spices💥 and continue to stir while cooking until fully incorporated. 
Serve topped with raw cacao 🍫nibs, blue and blackberries, cherries🍒, grapes🍇, kiwi 🥝, and a drizzle of pure maple syrup 🍁. Heres to a fab Friday my friends!

🎷Summer time and the living is easy🎼... do you ever have a song playing over and over in your head? 🙋‍♀️ Well, that’s what’s in mine. And yet, this summer has really felt more busy than I like. So I decided to create what want and slow it down by making my favorite RAINBOW SUMMER ROLLS. I find the process of making them sort of zen like 🧘‍♀️You have work slowly, and carefully, making sure they don’t fold over and stick to themselves. Even after eating well while away all weekend, my body craves greens🍃! I can’t think of a better, more delicious way of getting a mega dose than with my 5M’s; 💚MONDAY MORNING MATCHA MANGO MUSHROOM SMOOTHIE BOWL! 🥣 Yeah it’s a mouthful!! 😂 Seriously, starting the day and the week with clear intentions, tons of nutrients 💪and time carved out to do something just for me is my commitment to myself💃. I was getting caught up in ‘doing’ and not ‘being’ last few months and it was starting to show it’s wear on me. Does that happen to you too? 🙋‍♀️ New season, new mindset and I’m liking it! There’s a lot to love about what I do.  Helping others, cheering cleansers on and working with people dedicated to their health goals are a few easy and obvious ones. But today I’m feeling gratitude for something a little less blatant.  Receiving this heartfelt message of appreciation from one of my besties brought the biggest smile to my face.  I met Tiff at mother's group after our first bubs were born and we have shared so much ever since.  I'm so glad she took the plunge and trusted me enough to do this crazy cleanse thang with me  There’s so much joy in what I do and today I am so very thankful.

There’s a lot to love about what I do. Helping others, cheering cleansers on and working with people dedicated to their health goals are a few easy and obvious ones. But today I’m feeling gratitude for something a little less blatant. Receiving this heartfelt message of appreciation from one of my besties brought the biggest smile to my face.
