I contemplated making a healthier choice for lunch today because I have been pretty on with my nutrition lately and didn’t want to “ruin it”.
And then I remembered what I preach which is BALANCE and obviously crepes are an important part of life🤷🏻♀️
Still trying to get out of that all or nothing mindset!! What works for you?? Can you handle indulgences in moderation or do you avoid it completely?
What do you do on the first day of December? Make molasses sandwich cookies w/coffee cream & butterscotch ganache of course! Duh. Four hours & three sticks of butter later...voila! 27 cookies from a double batch! So rich (& fattening) that 1/4 of a cookie is plenty (& all you can do if you’re macro counting), but it just might be the best cookie I’ve ever had. 😊🍪😊 Bold statement, I know, but these puppies are no joke.
