Tips for crystal grids:
- Find a space for your grid.
- Write down your intention or affirmation.
- Take a deep cleansing breath and state your intention .
- Draw an imaginary line connecting each stone on your grid starting with the center.
. -Feel your grid connect with the source energy.
- ENJOY the alignment, be in alignment with your desires and intentions and allow deep manifestation and healing to occur. The formations of the lines combined with specific stones creates a vortex of life force energy.
- Place on your altar and let go, allowing the magic to happen.
It’s a Felicious Food Friday.😉 Try out this super easy natural chicken sausage and veggie idea over the weekend for lunch or dinner.
In this dish I used Al Fresco brand natural chicken sausage, but I also like the Never Any! brand natural chicken sausage from @aldiusa. It’s a good price and there are no added preservatives. #simplysmartershopping
So what I did is cook the sausage and cut up sweet peppers together in one pan with some coconut oil. In another two separate pans I cooked the brown rice and broccoli. 🌶🥦 When everything is done cooking just throw it all in a bowl.🥣
Cooking doesn’t have to be complicated. To make a dish like this you don’t even have to use the veggies or meat I did. They are all totally replaceable. Use what you have in your kitchen, throw some things together, and you will most likely be amazed at how it turns out. It. It might take some practice, but hey, you’re trying! 🍽 #feliciousfood

I know, you think farmers market greens are too much work. 🙄 Nearly two weeks ago @bloomfieldpgh market, I bought Swiss chard and kale. Took a few minutes to rinse, cut the stems off, and wrap tight and roll into a thirsty, just washed towel, and tucked the whole thing into the veggie bin. The chopped stems were sautéed and have been adding lots of flavor to salads and my breakfast eggs. The leaves are recipe-ready so when I’m ready, I can skip the prepping steps, and the leaves are still perfectly fresh, clean and dry. A car cannot move forward if it is stuck in reverse. You first have to shift gears. Likewise, we can’t move forward (pursue purpose, dreams, goals, healthy relationships, etc.) in life if our mind is stuck in reverse. Sometimes we wear ourselves out physically, mentally and emotionally and wonder why we’re still stuck in the same place that we started long ago.
