Indo blade for @dmallott 6'4, 19 3/4, 2 9/16, 34.08l always a pleasure to make Danny a board by far the stand out customer of last winter charging it in indo Ireland and home here in the North East.. This ones got few attributes from what he norm gets in his normal boards flatter deck foiled out towards rails medium entry rocker light single through the board....
Was designed in the bath while sipping on a cocktail usin shape 3d cut in Cornwall by guys from @oceanmagic_thefactory using an @burfordblanks fluffed and extra foiled out to how I wanted it then glassed in my working man's shed in back garden so I can be at home where family is rest of work done here to glass job is 6oz bottom 6+4oz top fill coated sanded with 60 grit and then hot coated and sanded again 240 sander polisher, 240 320 400 600 800 orbital rails done 240 orbital 320 hand 400 orbital 600 hand 800 orbital finished with some evo fine 1 polish for semi gloss look fin... All this done for the love 😍 and this is how 99% of all my boards are made 1% fully hand shaped but I always guarantee apart from blowing the blank n making chemicals and that machine cut I've grafted my ass off for less than minium wage most of the time.. But did learn by hand shaping originally and I have hotwired my own blanks out of blocks of eps and hand shaped them.. .. But I do this for the love not to make millions and provide a service the East Coast is more than happy with
🚣 🐘The Jia Bhoroli river -Nameri Nature Reserve (Assam) with its white soft beach near an eco-camp was a picture of calm when I took this shot. But only the night before it was another story.
🐘🐘🐘🐘 Distressed elephants had gone berserk after members of their herd were mowed down by a speeding train. Dung, footprints and bruised vegetation were all that was left of their trauma. I can't quite imagine the impact of the loss on the rest of the herd.
Networking isn’t just about striking deals or gaining new work.
At a event don't treat everybody like a potential deal, instead focus on moving into a trusted business relationship, because someone who trusts you will buy from you further down the line if they need what you offer.
Treating everyone like a prospect doesn’t allow business relationships to develop, so you miss the opportunity to grow a powerful network of trusted contacts. Your network might not become your clients, but the people they know might. It’s about selling ‘through’ your network, rather than ‘to’ it.

Ed who looks after our polytunnels is always experimenting. His latest trial is giant loofahs!
He has three plants in our trial cucumber tunnel, planted to segregate varieties that otherwise might get mixed up.
He expects them to get to about 1m long. To get a loofah sponge, you have to leave the vegetable to over-ripen. You then peel away the skin and shake out any remaining vegetable matter, and are left with a sponge. #organic#naturalbeauty#giantveg#exfoliate
