We love the Cornish Wine but we also love a bit of Cornish Gin and Cornish Beer... after all it’s hard to choose when we are surrounded but such fantastic examples! So to celebrate that we bring you two events this winter...THE CORNISH DRINKS EXPERIENCE... come along for a full day, starting with Cornwall’s first plough to bottle @colwithfarmdistillery and learn all about what makes a bottle of their unique gin and get the day started with a tour and a couple of G+T’s. Then head to @trevibbanmill_vineyard for a tasting of their wine with a delicious platter for lunch overlooking the vineyard. If that wasn’t enough, we then take you to @padstowbrewingco tasting rooms to sample a range of their fantastic beers and we’ll get to grips with what this boutique brewery can offer.
November 10th and December 15th - a perfect day out to get in the festive spirit (at one point literally!) limited to 13 tickets per event, so don’t delay! £85pp and as always you don’t have to worry about the driving 🚌

Everyday at 11am Jimmy reminds me to down tools, put the kettle on and take him for a walk. Today I think he must of overslept as I had to remind him. Fast asleep... in his favourite spot outside the workshop. #upholstery
A little bit about me...
I’m a marine medic, so can get called out to whale and dolphin strandings but most of the call outs are during autumn and winter to seal pups mostly grey seals that have been prematurely separated from their mothers because of rough sea or because people have disturbed them particularly with dogs. They then lose weight and may get injured and exhausted, some get tangled in discarded fishing gear. We take them in, initially feed them through a tube then feed them mackerel, when they are healthy and the right weight they are tagged and released 🌊
Fantastic to see our Teens+Adults Tuesday night #karate class building so well! Also great to see the newly stepped up teens taking on the class so well, plus seeing our beginners picking it all up too.
This time last year we had an average of one in the class, sometimes zero and three was a busy session. Now look at us! 8 training hard, plus we have a couple away.
Thanks to all those who have perserved with the low numbers and continually shown up over the time of TRADITIONAL WARRIORS

SWCP walk, stage 2, day 6, Boscastle to Tintagel. The scenery is becoming more and more beautiful as I walk further south. The cliffs more rugged and dramatic, the seas calmer and a more vibrant turquoise blue, hinting at the stunning scenery to come in the coming days and in the next stage. 😍⛰
It was too dark when I got out to take a photo so this is a reject from my drafts earlier in the summer... calm before the storm tonight at @polzeathladiessurfclub and a lesson in what problems fear can cause if you start listening to it. After a little word with myself back on the beach and I won’t lie, a little cry, my amazing instructors @andrewboxall Emily and Christian believed in me when I didn’t and got me back out back where I managed to catch two more great waves, finishing with a beautiful left all the way in. Crazy isn’t it, catching the waves isn’t what scares me, it’s getting out back on my own which holds me back. .
