Last year I was in Greece and most of Europe on business.
Doc Bond was in Canada last year heading back to Sydney and made a u-turn 😳 He got hint from someone jetted to surprised me in Greece!! We’re currently working in S. Africa and traveling for both work schedules combined is a world wind 😅💨 💨💨💨Hard work, but we have to make time for each other, patience, compromise, team work and squeeze some time also for #romantico 🥰📍📍📍📍📍📍 We Argue too and I usually give him the silent treatment 🙉 and he usually turns on his favorite song to talk to me by music 🎧 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️ Love makes you CRAZYYY❣️

For 30 minutes I put aside my attitude, excuses and negative thoughts today. Thank goodness I did, because that’s what my body needed. Gave me time to focus on myself and stop overthinking about the annoyance of a current situation we are going through 🙄 Some things I cannot control, but moving my body is one that I can ❤️ What helps you get out of a funk, even if it is just for 30 minutes?
Anyone else just feel so much more productive after a morning workout? I’m not a SUPER early morning workout person, more of a mid morning. I enjoy lounging for an hour or so, eating breakfast then drinking some preworkout and knocking out my workout 💪 •
I started a 21 day program with my husband and because of his schedule we couldn’t workout together until late evening, unfortunately that didn’t work for me. I never thought of myself as a ‘schedule’ person, but turns out I kinda am 🤷🏻♀️ •
This is the last week for #noexcusenovember = last week of saving on a challenge pack to begin your health & fitness journey. What better way than to save & ring in the New Year ahead already on track 😉
31 weeks 💕 We are getting closer each day to meeting little miss. I absolutely love labor and delivery & I have a lot of positive vibes saying this birth is going to be even better than my last four 😉 •
Along with each day getting closer to meeting our babe, we also are closer to getting our second vehicle. The search for said vehicle has been quite the task so far 😂🙄

My groups during the holidays are NOT about perfection. They are about #sanity . They are about loving yourself despite the cookie you ate, being PROUD of your decisions, and just MOVING your body. They are about taking 20-30 minutes for YOU so that you can be the best version of yourself for everything else you have to deal with. Drop all things holding you back, the packages are the cheapest they ever will be for one more week .

We spend so much time in our lives waiting for the perfect moment or the perfect place wearing the perfect outfit with the perfect person. We become so disconnected from the present moment while waiting for the perfect moment, when in reality the extraordinary is happening everyday. Stop, be present, and simply show up. Show up for your self, for others, and rest assured that the extraordinary will surface when we can stop seeking perfection and find the present moment.

It’s been a tough week for me. I’m burned out from being with the kids so much. I hate not knowing when I’m going back to Michigan to get settled before Harlow. I started a new meal plan and exercise program that I have been far less than perfect at and I’m incredibly disappointed in myself. •
I woke up today feeling a little better (after a meltdown last night) I can’t change the past few days, but I can change my attitude and outlook moving forward ✨ I guess sometimes once the tears flow, you can see clearly afterwards 😉
What if we made sure that everything we do or have in our lives have value to it? 🌟
My friends and I were talking about how being on social media can be overwhelming and such a pain sometimes. I’ve come to the point where I want to have people on my news feeds that inspire me or add some type of positivity to my life. I don’t want to be drained by what others say or do, therefore I have really learned to love the unfollow, delete and hide buttons 😉 Not only can we apply this value principle to social media, but everything we do? •
Strive not to be a success, but rather to be of value 💫
It’s not another weight loss shake or a meal replacement shake. It adds nutritional value along side the healthy meals and snacks we should be eating. •
I won’t lie, I tried this a few years ago and completely hated it. I gave it another valid attempt last year and found the perfect recipe for myself. Thank goodness 🙏 Who would’ve guessed you have to find something that works best for YOU 😉 Although you never find those things if you are stuck inside your comfort zone 🙌
Our nights are busy. Hubby gets home right at dinner time after an hour drive, we try to chat with each other and the kids, and now we are are getting in 30 minutes of exercise before he can get in a shower and wrangle the kids to bed. Plus he runs on TX time which is an hour ahead of me. Talk about all the excuses not to push play 😬 But it’s #noexcusenovember y’all 😉

28 weeks + 3 days 💕 Little babe is almost 15 inches & roughly 2 pounds. Between keeping active & some chiropractic care this has been a good start to the third trimester. I’m going to enjoy the next 12 weeks as we prepare for Harlow’s arrival and whatever else is in store for us ✨Because honestly we’re just winging it at this point 🤷🏻♀️

there are things I know God is calling me to take a step into & yet some of those things have been holding me back
BUT the truth is that God didn’t set us free & bless us so we can sit in a corner & hide OR so we can go out there and pretend like it’s all about us...
He has called us to SHINE so that we point others to HIS GLORY.

Perfectionism is so sneaky. It is disguised as the safe zone, the desired destination. But that’s all a mirage. Making mistakes, taking wrong paths, falling down are all signs of stepping out of your comfort zone, learning, growing. I thought I’d share this message today for someone who needed to hear this...but then 👊🏻 it hit me in the face. This is the message I needed to hear ⚡️💫🙏
I could’ve pushed my workout off till tomorrow, but I’m so glad I didn’t 💪 I have to modify a lot of the jumping exercises now due to pelvic pain, but I’m still getting in a good sweat 💦 I am so grateful that I am able to move my body! •

I get it. Sometimes your good, Your outgoing, you laugh, you sleep & eat normally. But then something happens & it’s like a switch turns off somewhere & it seems like your drowning in your own thoughts. .
We all have our own trauma and bad times we have endured. But if your still standing make this life the best it can possibly be. .
Don’t wait for everything to be perfect before you decide to start enjoying the things in front of you. ✨
