Есть ли решение проблемы?

Ограничения, установленные законом России, не пугают иностранцев, которые все же могут владеть недвижимостью в городе Сочи, правда, только на правах аренды.

Иностранец не может купить:
1. Жилые помещения
2. Частные дома
3. Земельные участки

Несмотря на это, гражданин другого государства может без лишних затруднений приобрести недвижимое имущество в долгосрочную аренду, зарегистрировавшись по месту пребывания. Стоит отметить, что постоянная регистрация по месту жительства для нерезидента невозможна даже в том случае, если объект недвижимости находится у него в полноправном владении.

Иностранному гражданину доступно:
1. Жилье со статусом "квартира"
Зарегистрировать приобретенную недвижимость по статусу квартиры с возможностью долгосрочной аренды с максимальной продолжительностью 49 лет.
2. Апартаменты
Зарегистрировать приобретенную недвижимость по статусу квартиры с возможностью долгосрочной аренды с максимальной продолжительностью 49 лет.
3. Дома по ФЗ-214
Приобрести жилплощадь в строящемся доме в соответствии с ФЗ-214.
Таким образом, даже несмотря на ограничения закона, нерезидент России имеет реальные шансы поселиться в Сочи и прожить здесь столько, сколько пожелает.

When the truck tires finally felt the pavement our GPS’s all read between 60-70 hiking miles

We even utilized the all so familiar wax coated seafood boxes as a medium for a one way ticket of a few hundred pounds of precious cargo

We were thousands of miles from home but possibly have never felt more in our element.  I would normally never hesitate to answer that my favorite elk camp will always be the next one but if I’m honest this one is gonna be downright hard to beat.

Flats in Belgrade have risen by 10 percent since the beginning of this year, but not in all parts of the city. According to real estate agents, this exclusively refers to three Belgrade municipalities - Vracar, Stari grad and Novi Beograd, and it is assumed that the rise in real estate prices in these three city municipalities is the result of an increasingly frequent rental of an apartment per day.

In the Municipality of Vracar, the price of the square varies from 1,800 to 2,200 euros on average, with the exception of works around the Temple of St. Sava and the Vracar plateau, where they are from 2,500 to 3,000 euros. The Old Town is an average of 2,000 to 2,300 square meters, except Knez Mihailova street and Kalemegdan area. In this region, apartments are more expensive, and the price of the square is around 3,000, and maybe a little more. In New Belgrade, the situation is such that the majority of them hold some average price of the squares from 1,100 to 1,300 euros, while the area around "Arena" goes to 2,000 to 2,400 euros, and A block is about 2,700 and 2,800 euros per square, while the code part hotel Yugoslavia between 1,400 and 1,700 euros.

In the first half of 2018, new owners in Serbia received 48,000 real estate, and the total cash value of these sales contracts is as high as 1.6 billion euros, which is 23 percent more compared to the same period last year when it was 1.3 billion.

The volume of sales increased by 15% compared to the same period last year when 41,500 sales contracts were signed, and with the growth of the real estate market in Serbia, real estate prices are rising, the Republic Geodetic Authority announced.

This is probably my favorite picture from the trip. @wamplin and I crossing the finish line haha Its hard to describe the feeling of getting your last load back to the truck. And how funny it feels to have nothing on your backs after days of hauling 100+ lbs around. 
Taking on the mountains was more physically and mentally demanding than anything I have ever done. There is no sport that compares. Everyone said the work starts once your arrow leaves your bow and they weren't lying. You earn your keep when you take on the backcountry and win. Until next time Colorado, whether its riding a board or chasin elk, you never cease to amaze me.

This is my trophy! It was our first elk hunt and first time hunting in the mountains. And @wamplin and I worked our asses off to find him. We hiked over 46 miles and ascended/descended over 6000ft in the seven days it took. We used 3 different trail heads and walked numerous trails. We learned alot of lessons the hard way but wouldn't have had it any other way. 
After watching @adam.greentree and @cameronrhanes the past few years our passion grew and this year we made it happen. We may not be chasing the monster bulls like these greats but we feel pretty damn good about getting our feet wet.

After shooting the bow and getting the gear ready, it was time to head in to our new location. On our way in we passed 2 groups of hunters who both told us, A. The elk were gone and B. To turn back now for the truck. They also talked of a group of hunters on horseback that we would never see the likes of. Maybe its pride? The stubbornness? Idk, maybe its ignorance. But we got a huge boost of motivation when they told us to practically give up. We may be rookies and we may be new but we are hunters, damn good hunters and we are going to find the elk. That's all there is to it. We thanked them and continued on. 6 hours later we had caught up to the hunters of horseback. They said they havent seen elk in 6 days and they've ran out every bottom around. Perfect! More great news! We made camp and gave it one solid day of scouting. No sign of elk again. Maybe we should've turned back? Damn.. But now we know. Time to change our mindset. Where have the elk taken refuge? Where have they been pushed to? We packed up camp and booked it to the highest ridgeline. Time to start hiking our asses off and glassing for some fresh sign.

Our first location was beautiful and was exactly what we were after... except the elk weren't talking or active. After hiking over 20 miles, dropping camp twice, running into 15 groups of hunters and seeing 0 elk and 0 fresh elk sign. We made an executive to decision on our third evening to hike our 8 miles out to the truck and move to greener pastures or in our case, less pressured elk. After sleeping on the side of the road and eventually a wal mart parking lot. The sun was coming up as we made it to our next trail head.

When we head out to Wyoming in about a month, we have very limited time to do any scouting. Generally, we take one full day, to go out, see what we can see in that short window of time, and then cross our fingers that we get a lead on something for the 6 days we have to hunt. I’ve said it before, but there are probably better ways to do some of what we do, but part of the fun for us is learning on the fly. If we screw something up, it just makes us look forward to the next trip out, even more. 🙌🏼
I see all sorts of videos and pictures from people who have been scouting for the last few months, and while that would be amazing, being that we are non-resident hunters, with an almost 16 hour commute, it doesn’t quite work that way for us. 🤷🏻‍♀️
But what I will say, is that we take as much information from the last year’s hunt and keep that stuff in mind, for where we spend our time scouting, on that one single day we have to do so. And really, you never know what might walk in front of you, that had never stepped foot in that spot before, so there’s that. 🦌
I also stop to look at every really big tree I see too, as an arborist, I can’t help myself. 🌳
Can’t wait to get back out there and get our hunting season started!! We each have a mule deer tag, and Chance has an Antelope tag, which is a brand new thing for us, it should be interesting.
