This sweet version of #bakchormee is made of mango vermicelli (noodles), raspberry reduction (chili sauce), sesame snow (minced meat), mango pudding with balsamic (vinegar), peanut (lard), sea coconut (mushrooms) and coconut parfait (fish ball).

There’s no reason to say no to cakes and desserts, is there? Indulge in a scrumptious fair of cakes and delish desserts at Cake Club, a new initiative as part of @marinasquaresg’s Foodiegram Sundays, happening only on weekends from 14 July - 26 August, 12-8pm.
Expect sweet treats such as Matcha cake from @mysisterbakes and familiar local flavours such as Orh Nee (there’s chestnut in this lightly flavored cake!), speculoos, ondeh ondeh, pandan berry cakes from @bloomsburybakers, @milkmoonssg, @inthebrickyard. If you like floral fruity flavours, you are bound to fall for the delicate Rose from @cielpatisserie! These vendors would be present on a rotating basis, and you can look forward to even more such as @edithpatisserie, @boufesg, @crememaisonbakery and many more in August!
Something special that I really enjoyed were these fried salted egg lava cake topped over citrus-infused vanilla ice cream and curry leaves, as well as the fried yam lava cake with coconut ice cream by @nonentreedesserts. Such exploding local inspired flavours! They never fail to surprise. Flush it all down with a refreshing blissful berries tea from @1872clippertea at the end. Catch hold of other dessert vendors such as @bopgelato and @licketysg, that’s gonna bring you the pink waffles exclusively at cake club, throughout the next few weekends. There are also kid-friendly workshops such as cakepop designs and cookie painting.

Avalanche dessert is one of the highlight of Non-Entree Desserts, and they brought in the fried version of salted egg avalanche to the Cake Club at Marina Square! Crispy fried exterior adds a slight crunch, together with curry leaves at the bottom complementing the salted egg flavour, it easily won my heart. Vanilla ice cream is filled with vanilla pods, reminding you it’s the real deal! Yam lovers can pick the Orhni version for a sweeter ending. It’s for this weekend only so better be quick and go grab one to indulge right now
