Fish cakes are almost never boring in Japan. Unlike what we have locally, the ones here, especially at this stall is extremely moist and stuffed with real fish fillings. It is extremely lovable!

What a day! Woke up to 10 inches of snow on the ground and postponed finals! 😄

Bubble tea is the key to my heart 😌 I just finished my final exams and concluded a 20-credit term so I’m slowly returning to the food scene! It’s been so challenging but definitely such a rewarding experience and now I’m happy to be able to relax, eat and reflect before next semester 😊💯
It has been a day of baking/cooking. Not specifically holiday cooking, but it definitely seems like I enjoy cooking/baking way more during the holidays.

Per Kyle's request, I made chicken alfredo lasagna tonight. PLUS blueberry lemon puppy chow, gluten free blueberry banana bread, and yesterday I made homemade chicken dumpling soup! I'm on a roll. Can we have Christmas more often please?
