And GOOD MORNING. I never work out in the mornings on weekdays because I start school at 7, but since I’m traveling today I was able to get a good pre flight pump in. Also burning calories and getting your heart rate up is a lot harder on travel days so I needed to do something active this morning.
Also these shoulder presses are turning into one of my favorite upper body movements. I was so happy I was able to get to 12 on my first set. Anyways hope everyone has a great day!

I recently had a discussion with somebody on Instagram. He criticized a comment I made. All prejudices about vegans were mentioned in his arguments. If you explain them how having a vegan lifestyle has a positive impact on your health and environment and above all is good for ethical reason, most of the meat and Dairy consumers come with: ‚well but all vegans I know, land in the hospital because of health defects‘ or ‚most of them can’t even open a bottle and look like a stick, you need animal proteins to build muscle‘ and if you keep on refuting their arguments ‚ of course they have studied nutritional science or are working in the food industry, therefor they know what they are talking about…
Well, here are some of the worlds elite athletes who are vegans and obviously aren’t skinny as a stick, weak, can’t open a bottle, or have any kind of shortages.
I guess, the meat and dairy/food industry did a good job by brainwashing people, so people still think ‚old-fashioned‘ way.

These are just some of my faves for the arms. You dont have to superset them, but i always like to keep it efficient, intense and feel it burrrning🔥 (btw im on my knees cause the machine was too low for me to stand🙃)
If you want REAL results, you gotta put in REAL effort. In my case that involves phycho faces and weird sounds (there’s a reason why i put music on my videos)😌

Not gonna lie, I was really bummed I couldn’t run with my puppers today, but at least I had better views than our home loop (and less looping!) It was pouring 🌧 when I got up, but all of the rain was north of Memorial Park!
My little biceps are growing and busting out of this dress 🙃 gonna have to intimidate some people at work today. On a side note, my forearms have always dwarfed my biceps. I have 15 years of ice hockey/stick handling to thank for that! 🏒
Remember when you were learning to ride your bike without your training wheels? 🚲
The first time your mom or dad let go of the back of your seat and you tumbled to one side you probably got up, pouting, kicked the bike and shouted, "I'M NEVER GOING TO BE ABLE TO DO THIS." ➡️ What did your parents say back?
They probably said something like, You just have to get back on again and keep trying. I'll be holding the back of your seat again, don't worry.
So you jumped back on, probably fell a few more times, but eventually you did it! You stayed upright on those two wheels like a champ! But whst would've happened if you wouldn't have ever tried again after that first fall?
You never would've learned to ride a bike! You'd be some weirdo adult out there riding around with training wheels still attached to your mountain bike!
I like to think of myself as a hope-giver when it comes to my role as a coach. Oftentimes my clients come to me not knowing what to do to conquer this new task.... So I'm there to hold the back of the bike, aka hold their hand a little bit and give them the necessary tools to accomplish their goals!
Its still up to them to get back on the bike if they fall off, but I'll be there, again, to support them through those beginning stages! The ones who never give up and keep trying repeatedly - they eventually start moving without so much assistance! Then they find themselves riding for fun, riding with groups of people, baybe even teaching someomme else to ride too.
If you give up when you fall you'll never learn anything. Success comes from getting up REPEATEDLY after the fall!

The social media world is full of noise. It’s important to block it out and to focus on yourself. Saying it is better than doing it I know.. and I’m guilty of comparing myself to others as well. But once we learn to focus on our inner selves then that’s when the magic happens!
Instagram is great but it’s also full of people posting photos of a life they want to live, or want you to believe they live.
When starting out on your journey to a better you, think about what you want your body to look like, how you want to feel and where you want to go with it. Visualise yourself and not someone on Instagram that has a heavily edited photo or says they did some crazy workout that no normal person can do and challenges you to do it too.
As fitness professionals we are here to help you be a stronger, fitter and more confident person and for you to be you. Block out that noise!

Lite delts, lite glutes och en del fett. Lite smågrov ändå. Tänk att jag en gång i tiden blandade proteinpulver med fiberhusk för att få proteingröt med så få kalorier som möjligt. Idag äter jag minst 3 deciliter havregryn ca 2 gånger om dagen med massa topping och önskar att mina skålar var större så att jag fick plats med mer gröt. Tiderna förändras och målet att vara så smal som möjligt har förändrats till målet ”grov af och stark som ett monster”. Haha. Har lite att jobba på där, men har kommit en liten bit på väg iallafall🌸
