What you'll need - 1 can black beans, 3 medium eggs, 1/2 cup coconut sugar, 1/3 cup coconut oil, 1/4 cup cacao or cocoa powder, 2 tbsp chia seeds, 2 tsp vanille extract, 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips, 1 tsp pure maple syrup

Mix all things in a food processor  or blender and mix until smooth. Grease muffin tin or pan, pour in batter, top off with pecand, coconut shreds or topping of choice, pop into oven at 350° F, bake until ready, let cool and eat them all 😁

For a vegan option, replace egg with 'flax' egg - 1 tbsp flax meal to 2.5 tbsp water. Mix and let sit till it thickens. This makes the brownies a bit more runny so pop them in the fridge or freezer after baking and before cutting. Eat chilled!

This morning I decided I’d use my two very ripe bananas to make some healthy cookies. Simple and delicious:
2 bananas mashed 
1&1/2 cup oats
1/3 cup peanut butter 
Dark chocolate chips 
Chopped walnuts

Lunch:
Sashimi salad

4 oz sashimi
10 oz salad
House dressing (onion & apple puree with vinegar and spices)
1 Nectarine. 
Dinner:
Chicken Ceasar salad

I mix my 0.5 oz of dressing into my 4 oz of meat, and I squeeze a lemon over top of my 10 oz salad and sprinkle it with salt and pepper. This way everything is covered somewhat with flavor.

Day 292 #BLE / Day 28 #100happydays -- B= yogurt, fruit, almonds & Fiber One cereal bowl w/ turkey sausage & hardboiled egg; L=  last of defrosted White Bean Kale Squash Chicken soup w/ 5 grain mix & nutritional yeast, fruit & ricotta; D= roasted green veg & lentil tahini bowl (see Instagram story). Yesterday was busy. Went to Y pilates w/o kids as I had a gyno recheck right after (all checks out ok), then quick stop at grocery in way home and right into helping kids prepare foods for their camp cooking, and meals for Stew to take. I had bought coffee after 2 cups was busy busy zingy whoa what a rush but I broke my line of not having it after 2 PM since 2nd cup brewed at 1:45 and finished (dumped out small bit) before I ate at 3. The buzz had killed my appetite but I ate anyway and was sure to drink my water & herbal tea allotment rest of the day to help unwind from it. After 100+ days I tried out black tea earlier in the week w/ no zing at all so full caffeine yesterday was the trick for it to be noticeable. Had initially thought would do 2 days on and 2 days off but have since decided to do 2 weeks on 2 weeks off (both way were suggested by the energy blueprint guy as a way to get the most boost/benefit from caffeine) but who knows, maybe tomorrow I will be filming myself throwing away the rest of the k-cups again. Having my first cup of the day right now and planning on sticking to 2 - 3 cups and quit by 2. Ok so anyway, my happy thing was, after all the busy, getting to send the boys off to their weekend camp by 5pm (a little slice of time alone!) and earlier at the Doc's office I was able to flip through an August Vogue and appreciate quirky pattern mixing and floral dresses reminiscent of the 90s of which I still have a few originals in my collection. Also I was happy to eat brussels sprouts in my dinner-for-one green meal. --- I am doing a 100 Happy Days Challenge as a way to countdown (up) to a year of following Bright Line Eating! I will post once a day, some thing/person/moment/thought/quote whatever that made me happy or content or peaceful, etc. that day.--- #blemaintenance  #brightlineeating #noflour #nosugar

I have been feeling really tired, sluggish, and unmotivated. I am glad to be home this weekend so I can have a relaxing Saturday morning drinking my lemon water, resetting my intentions, and making a plan to get and stay back on track. I love seeing all of your inspirational and success posts! I have about 20lbs to lose and I know if I can get my mind in the right place to stick to my bright lines I can be successful! #blesupport #noflour #nosugar

Stor kjele med grønnsaksuppe. 
Freser løk, hvitløk, masse rotgrønnsaker (gulrot, selleri, kålrot, pastinakk og pepperrot), vårløk, buljong (NB ikke sukker, stivelse, maltodrexin eller liknende blant de 3 første ingrediensene), vann, salt og pepper! Lar det småkoke til grønnsakene er møre. Veier opp ca 8 oz grønnsaker (i dag ble det 8,5 oz i hvert beger) med hullsleiv/fiskeøse og deretter 8 oz kraft i hver! Da har jeg 1,5 oz til ekstra grønnsaker ved servering! (Jeg liker veldig godt å tilsette litt spiralisert squash i feks kyllingsuppe). Denne suppebasen bruker jeg til mange forskjellige supper. Chicken «noodle» suppe eller kjøttsuppe (smaker godt med både terninger av kjøtt, men også stekt karbonadedeig)! Som fiskesuppe bruker jeg 2 oz kokosmelk som fettrasjon for «hvit» suppe og tilsetter forskjellig typer fisk, og det fungerer også veldig godt med kikerter eller andre bønner som proteinkilde! Mulighetene er mange! Easiest meal on the planet today after a poop debacle (seriously smeared allllll over the crib) took all the time I had to make my previously planned lunch. Grilled chicken skewers from Costco (these are so good!) for protein and 6 oz fresh pineapple. 10 oz of steamed brussel sprouts (also from Costco). I have never really had brussel sprouts. These were in a microwaveable bad from Costco with olive oil and salt and pepper. One bag equaled just under 10 oz. I counted that for my oil serving too. I like ‘em! Some were a tiny bit bitter, but I just pooped a piece of pineapple in with it and all was well. I don’t think I can handle a full 10 oz though. ▪️2 яйца
▪️200 мл молока 1.5% (можно 215мл)
▪️Кукурузный крахмал - 3 ст.л.
▪️Соль, ванилин (по щепотке)
▪️Сахзам (у меня в таблетках, взяла 3 шт)
▪️Масло растительное - 2 ст.л.
▪️Корица (можно не добавлять)

🌀Добавить к ним крахмал, тщательно перемешать
🌀Молоко немного подгореть и влить тонкой струйкой, помешивая
🌀Добавить сахзам (если в таблетках, предварительно их раскрошить)
🌀Добавить корицу
🌀Добавить масло

Выпекать на а/п сковороде. Особые гурманы могут не добавлять ванилин, сахзам, корицу, и, думаю, если уменьшить кол-во масла и процент жирности молока, то хуже не будет) ❌но это не точно❌

Также можно добавить какой-нибудь джем, типа @slimfruitfamily (не реклама)
