😺😺😺😺😺😺😺😺 THE DOUBLEMINT TWINS NEED A FOREVER HOME

What will it take to find these bonded brothers a home?  I've never had friendly rescues in foster homes for as long as these guys have been.  I rescued them back in April and, in a nutshell, they were a mess.  Thousands of dollars and many vet visits later and these boys are thriving.  PEPPERMINT should be on a very low dose oral steroid every few days to avoid any skin flareups. Besides that they are PERFECT. I have gotten semiferal kittens and even skittish cats adopted during the time these guys have been in foster care.  I would love to clear my foster's home as she has been very dedicated to getting these guys healthy, and it has been far longer than either of us had imagined.  And more than anything, the TWINS have done their time.  It is their turn to get a great forever home.  I get requests every day from all five boros to rescue a cat or take someone's cat because of (insert random reason here). I need my rescue cats to move along so I can respond to new requests. Soon, I will have to give the same answer 95% of other NYC rescue groups give people: "NO". I would like to not do that, so please consider these bonded brothers for adoption.  Thank you guys.

I did the following: Ez-Curl Presses, Ez-Curl Unilateral Presses, Ez-Curl PullOvers, with Ez-Curl Shoulder Presses, Laterals and Dumbell Presses. I then moved back to Ez-Curl Presses, Dumbell Presses, Dumbell Flyes, and Dumbell Reverse Flyes. I supersetted again with Ez-Curl Shoulder Presses, Ez-Curl Behind the Neck Presses, and Dumbell Shoulder Presses. I then did Ez-Curl Floor Presses, Kneeling Chest Presses, Kneeling Unilateral Shoulder Presses, with Flyes, and Dumbell Presses. -

🏋🏻‍♂️HOW TO : Set your arms roughly shoulder width apart and pull the barbell with your ELBOWS towards your belly button. Keep the bar as close as possible to your legs as you bring the barbell up and down - this will prevent you from rounding your back during the movement. Retract your scapula at the top to allow full contraction of your back during the row. Slowly bring the barbell down along your legs and prepare for the 2nd portion of the movement. As you come back up with the barbell, keep your legs slightly bent to initiate the activation of your hamstrings, following with a tight squeeze of your gluteus at the top of the motion. ⭐️Aim for roughly 10-12 reps for 2 sets. ——————————————————————————
