Not the best picture but who cares because it is the best cookie! These are so simple to make and they are healthy. The hardest part is waiting for them to firm up. And the 2nd hardest part is trying to not eat them all.

• recipe •
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup honey [I cut that down from 3/4 cup and will probably cut down more next time I make them]
1/2 coconut oil [I used unrefined and loved the coconutty taste but will probably cut back a little more next time too]
2 TBS of vanilla extract
2 1/4 cups oatmeal
2 scoops vegan chocolate superfoods blend [key ingredient if you want to take the health benefits up 30 notches]
Put the pb, honey, and oil on low heat till it's melted all together. Take off the stove, add in the rest of the ingredients, mix it up, form into balls, then refrigerate!
I was skeptical but seriously, they’re so good. let me know what you think if you try them!
What’s that smell? Chooooocolate 🍫
I imagine that Mrs. Arendelle would have made these chocolate peanut butter no bake cookies for baby Anna and Elsa. #ad This summer I tried to add more whole grains to my baking and @bobsredmill came to the rescue! Bob’s Red Mill offers the largest line of organize, whole-grain foods in the country! All of their products are certified Kosher and made from ingredients grown from non-GMO seeds. The girls’ grandma makes these no bake chocolate peanut butter cookies every Christmas so I thought it would be the perfect dessert to incorporate @bobsredmill whole grain quick steel cut oats. .
No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies
-1 1/2 cup sugar -1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
-1/2 cup butter -1/2 cup milk -3/4 cup peanut butter -2 tbs vanilla -3 cups @bobsredmill whole grain quick steel cut oats
Combine sugar, cocoa, butter and milk in a pan and bring to a boil. Boil for 90 seconds, then add in peanut butter, vanilla, and oats. Stir to combine and remove from heat. Drop onto wax paper lined pans and let cool for 30 minutes. .
That’s it! No oven required! I like to stick them in the fridge, because being from Arendelle, the cold doesn’t bother them anyway ❄️
Keto no bakes are literally my favorite dessert I've made yet. They require no work, barely any ingredients and are done in less then 20 minutes. Every time I make them I tweak them a little more and every batch gets better and better. .
Melt together 2Tbs butter, 2/3c peanut butter (I use Smuckers natural), sugar substitute to taste (I used Swerve granular 1Tbs), and unsweetend chocolate of choice (I used Lily's chips- 1/2c or so). Mix until smooth, add 1 cup (or more, depending on how you like your consistency) of unsweetend coconut. Place in freezer for 10 mins and enjoy! 1.6g carbs & 1.2g sugar and you have yourself a guilt free craving fix! ❤️ #keto#ketofatbombs#ketodiet#ketonobakes#nobakecookies#nocarbcookies#healthynobakes#ketorecipes#ketolife#ketosis#fatadapted#ketofood#ketoadapted
While I am waiting for cooler weather to arrive, I might as well enjoy these no-bake treats. 😎 Store them in your freezer but beware, they can be awfully good even before they have fully chilled❄️!Recipe link in my bio.
Made these cookies, a staple of my childhood, today because I am a little funky and grumpy and sugar and nostalgia tend to help.
Also, only one of my kids like them (#wth ) so I have to give them away, the kids not the cookies.
I was craving something sweet last night around 9:30pm - enter No Bake gluten free cookies!! 😬 I used the @geniuskitchen recipe but half the sugar and still so sweet. It’s naughty - I’d prefer to make a dessert with no refined sugar but YOLO.
It’s Tuesday and you know what that means! There’s a new recipe up on Simply Shannonagins! And trust me, you won’t want to miss these No-Bake Chocolate Chip Power Cookies! Healthy, nourishing, and SO delicious! Just follow the link in my bio to check out this super easy recipe!
If this doesn't describe my mood right now, I don't know what does 🤦🏻♀️
I made not one, but TWO batches of no-bake cookies that failed to harden. I wanted to make them for a friend that's coming into town tomorrow who has been craving them.
I'm v disappointed in my sticky no-bakes.
I'm also a little disappointed in myself that I licked the spoon for both batches and ate quite a few fail cookies... I really don't want to eat anymore though, but I don't want to give these to her and I don't want to throw them away. Anybody have any ideas how to salvage these? I could use the help 😅😅
Too gross to hike today...but being in a funk meant I wanted to keep busy. Needed a rest day after yesterday’s race soo... fresh home made bread, no bake cookies, and a looooot of the roasted veggies I’ve been craving. All with kitty supervision, naturally.
Peanut butter + dark chocolate + salty pretzels = the formula for all of Jesse’s favorite desserts 😜. These Vegan No Bake Peanut Butter Pretzel Bars just dropped on the blog, so you should probably hurry on over and make yourself a batch. Or two.🥜🥨🍫
So I never meal prep for more than 3 days, because to be honest by day 3, I’m over whatever it is I’m eating. 🤷🏻♀️
I also only prep breakfast, lunch, and this. 😏
This isn’t something a lot of people really think about - but y’all. Prep your dessert ahead of time. 😂
It is so much easier for me to get through my day successfully not eating 10 Snickers bars if I know I have some bomb ass healthy dessert waiting for me at home.
Also my superfoods? Yeah. I use them in all of my dessert prep. Because #chocoholic . 🍩🙌🏻😂
Gonna go share this bomb ass recipe with my bootcamp babes, because obvi obsessed. 😏👌🏻

My kiddos made the classic version earlier and I knew I needed to do something to counter the temptation.
