So yesterday I had my first NLP session with the incredible lady Karen @heal_grow_thrive and would like to share my experience from the session.🙌 Prior to the session I had mix thoughts and emotions and didn't know what to expect. I knew within myself that it was going to help me in many aspects in my life and the timing couldn't be better than doing it now so that I can live my life to the fullest and not hold back🚧 any opportunities coming my way.
During the session I was able to go back to past event as far back to my childhood where it begun and continue to reoccur throughout my life. This became the normal way I would interpret things and believed and had a negative approach to life.
I was able to release this energy and emotions from past events and move back to the present time and to see things in a totally different aspect. The way I described it to Karen yesterday and to others I walked in the room feeling very tense, stiff, weight holding me back and possibly missing out on some great opportunities in life. By the end of my session I felt like I was light, blossoming from the inside out, warm fuzzy feeling inside of me.💗🌈🦋 I couldn't wipe the smile off my face.😁 I am looking forward to my next session and I know I'm moving forward in the right direction and will have the ability to do anything. It couldn't come at a better time in my life right now.

🧠 EXÁMENES: TIPS PARA APRENDER MEJOR, MÁS RÁPIDO Y APROBARLOS 🧠
Estoy recibiendo muchos mensajes con preguntas sobre cómo estudiar y prepararse para los exámenes. Mi agudeza sensorial me indica que es época de exámenes.... 🤣🤣😂😂.
Hoy quiero compartirte estos tips que son los mismos que yo usé para pasar el TOEFL con puntaje 100/120 y los exámenes de Stanford University.
🧠 Primero me siento bien sin motivo y luego estudio. Eso de “cuando pase el examen me voy a sentir contenta” no funciona, la fórmula es al revés: primero me siento bien sin motivo, eso genera SEROTONINA, y con serotonina aprendemos mejor ya que facilita la neuroplasticidad: la capacidad de crear nuevas redes neurales (y de desconectar las que no nos sirven). Yo se que hay algo que te hace sentir genial; eso! Podés hacerlo o podés pensarlo y te vas a sentir así, con esa sonrisota, bueno, esa es la neuroquímica adecuada para estudiar y aprender.
💎 Conectá lo que estudias con tu propósito de vida o meta. Cuando estaba rindiendo los exámenes de Stanford pinté un dibujo en una hoja de mí misma en Stanford, y luego lo pinté en mi cabeza: con colores, enorme, en 3D, con sonidos, olores, sabores. Te invito a hacer lo mismo, es una super motivación.
🧠 Comé grasas saludables, evitá las bazofias de todo tipo (harina refinada, químicos, toxinas).
🧠 Cuida mucho tu descanso: dormí en oscuridad total, desconecta el wifi y poné el celu en modo avión lo más lejos posible de tu cuerpo. Respeta horarios naturales de dormir y despertar.
🧠 Mirá la película larga en tu cabeza donde veas todo lo bueno por superar ese examen.
🧠 Disfrutá, divertite aprendiendo. El cerebro aprende mejor en estados positivos, y eso es genial o genial.
💫 ¿Cuáles tips vas a aplicar ya ya ya ya y cuál es tu favorito? Contale a tu persona amada que está rindiendo exámenes!
Watch your words. They have vibration, frequency, weight. Believe it or not, the vocabulary we choose to describe or think about a situation can either make the load heavyAF or lighten it. ............. Need proof? Read these two sentences to yourself, which one feels more doable? More committed? And, more empowering? “I’m going to try to make better food choices because I have to lose this weight”
Or... “I want to eat foods that support my health so that I can feel good in my body”
Another example: Ever have a shitty day? How do you usually speak about it?
“What a shit show of a day, I only got 3 out of my 5 to do items accomplished”
Or, like this: “Whoa, today was really full... and a little crazy. However, even though I didn’t complete my entire to do list, I did handle those curveballs like a champ”
Now, tell me which sentence makes you excited about the prospects for tomorrow? ........... Word choice will either imbue our consciousness with doubt and fear or elevate it with positivity and forward momentum. Whenever a situation is feeling extra heavy to me or overwhelming I try to reframe my word choices around it. Basically, I consciously choose words and thought patterns that empower me, not dampen my vibe.
Instead of “having to do” something, I “get to do” it. Instead of low vibrational phrases I choose ones that make the task feel easier even when just saying it aloud.
Mine your words wisely so that they bear fruit. Life tasks and situations can become stressful enough as is... there is no need to make things heavier than they need to be.
MEN-SIMPLE-KAN BELUM TENTU MEN-SIMPUL-KAN
Suatu ketika temenku datang kepada kami, yang kami tahu dia merupakan salah seorang teman kami yang sangat sukses.
Kesuksesannya menurut kami, patut dicontoh, sebab ia menjadi sukses tersebut dengan kerja-kerjanya, kerja keras, kerja cerdas, kerja tuntas, kerja ikhlas.
Tapi yang aneh darinya, tetiba saja dalam tongkrongan dia bilang ; "Duh... gue lagi males coy, gimana yah". Sambil menghela napas panjang, sesekali sruput kopi arabica toraja yang kami minum bersama dengan teknik v60.
Hmmmm... saya pun menghela nafas mencari akal, kali aja ada sesuatu yang bisa ngebantu dia. Minimal responku dapat membuat perasaannya netral.
Pernyataannya memang simpel (sederhana), tapi menurutku pernyataan simpelnya belum tentu menyimpulkan apa yang dimaksudnya. Boleh jadi ia sendiri tak mengerti apa yang dikatakan, sehingga dikemukakan kepada kami.
Teringatlah meta model yang sering kami praktekkan dalam setiap #Training#NLP ku. Lantas ku respon saja seketika dengan pernyataan ; "Males apa tepatnya brow...?" Hal ini saya lakukan untuk mendapatkan informasi yang hilang. Artinya kita mencari apa yang sebenarnya terjadi padanya, sehingga berkesimpulan "saya sedang malas". Seperti yang saya katakan tadi bahwa boleh jadi ia tak mengerti, tetiba ngomong seperti begitu diperkuat dengan perasaan mbah-mbuh, ditampakkan pula depan kami
Dan kamipun berlanjut, ngobrol ala teman tentang kenapa ia lagi males, sehingga yang pada akhirnya kami mengerti, faham, serta dapat memberikan masukan pendapat yang ia minta.

COME VEDREI L’ITALIA? Una Solare Monarchia Costituzionale, Cristiana non Cattolica: un Regno d’Italia moderno e lungimirante.
Molto spesso mi chiedono come io vedrei l’Italia se dovessi organizzarla. La vedrei molto diversa da come si presenta oggi questo è sicuro.
Vedrei straordinariamente l’Italia come una Solare Monarchia Costituzionale, con un Sovrano Simbolo primo di identità Nazionale, aperto al confronto con il resto del Mondo ed un Parlamento da 600 membri diviso in due schieramenti e aventi per ognuno obbligatoriamente fasce di età che vanno dai 21 ai 60 anni proporzionalmente distribuito tra maschi e femmine.
(La Repubblica democratica è solo un modo per creare caos nel cercare un colpevole che ami si trova quando si verifica un danno)
Dicevo una Monarchia Costituzionale, dotata rigorosamente di moneta propria quindi direi la “Lira”, aperta agli scambi culturali e commerciali con il resto del Mondo ma con regole che ne preservino tassativamente l’Identità e l’economia Nazionale.
Economicamente orientata e strutturata per lo sviluppo delle piccole e medie imprese locali (non all’espansione delle Grandi distribuzioni organizzate, meno che mai se non sono italiane),con particolare priorità per quelle “Made in Italy”. Cambierei i parametri del certificato “Made in Italy” affinchè un prodotto, per poter ottenere tale certificato, debba essere stato realizzato rigorosamente nel Regno d’Italia ed avere almeno il 75% degli elementi o ingredienti prodotti o coltivati qui.

There is great scientific evidence of the neuroplasticity of the mind. That is the mind is physically changeable if you give it what it needs to change. Imagination, visualization, cognitive repetition, affirmations, meditation, and exposure to different thoughts, beliefs and life experiences in repetitive ways, are all ways to “plastify” your mind that is change your mind into a new way of thinking and looking at something. Your mind will actually change physically in that new neural pathways will be created.
Your vibration dictates the vibrational wave you’re in resonance with = words vibrationally aligned emerging your subconsciousness = energy = thoughts = behaviour / choices = outcome.
Raise your vibrations to be aligned with new energy (higher waves of thoughts) = better vibrational choices when in a state of consciousness = flow = better life outcomes ⚡️💕 #vibeifywithtamara

Gratitude has the power to turn our world completely around from not good enough to absolutely amazing. Why? It shifts our focus. ✨
When our focus shifts, so do our thoughts. Your thoughts produce your emotions. Emotions produce actions. Actions create our reality with the external world. ✨
Media is designed to engineer your thoughts to believe that you don’t have enough. Think of social media: isn’t there always someone prettier, more successful, with a better car and the flyest threads? Always in the perfect light, of course! We’re inundated with these ideas while our faces are glued to our screens. So it would be easy to think: I need flatter abs, nicer cars, 7-figure business and Gucci head to toe and THEN I’ll be happy.
Or, you could smile for those people and all their blessings and then do the same for you. What DO you have right now? ✨
If you’re reading this, you have a computer that fits in your pocket with more computational power than the computers at NASA had when they did their first rocket launch. Let that sink in. ✨
Do you have food? Good. Do you have a change jar? Go look at it and say thank you. Do you have power in your house? Go pay that bill with gratitude knowing that you have something much of the world doesn’t. ✨
Do your nails look awesome? Do you have a nice smile? Have you fallen in love? Have you solved a problem? Have you healed a scar after falling down? Are you making powerful decisions? Are you breathing air? ✨
Make a list. Try making a list every morning. It doesn’t have to be huge. You can start with three things or journal for three full minutes. It’s up to you. ✨

This was a lesson I had to learn the hard way. If there’s only one thing that you learn from me, please let this be it.
Everyone has potential but not everyone possesses the drive and determination to reach theirs. Just because you have a sense of pride and a strong work ethic, doesn’t mean your loved ones possess that same drive. .
This realisation is when things start to unravel and relationships start to fall apart. You either have to accept their inability to want more for themselves or find someone who matches your vibe. .
If someone isn’t willing to help themselves, then you can’t help them. It’s wasted effort. Put your energy into yourself and your children. He may never ever know what it feels like to achieve greatness! #newagemummy
Very very grateful and maybe even a little bit proud that this year I’ve managed to do the 200 hour yoga training of my dreams, run four Lightning Process courses in Australia and six in NZ. Things I only dreamed of doing at some point = done ✅ ⠀
Daily reminder, that you can do anything you want to! I’m constantly inspired by others just doing stuff they want to do in all different forms. It’s not always smiles, there’s been challenges & I’m a tax rookie and I felt alone working for myself a lot this year but hey! Pic 2: Team Overflow (Ex-defending champions and 1st Runners up) Krishna, @____whitespace and I worked on Smart Transcribing of phone calls where Google Voice and Natural Language APIs in conjunction with cosine similarity ML models were used to understand the transcription and extract sentiment of questions asked in conversations, Summary of the conversation and Action Items.
