I know it’s been a minute since I posted, specially something fitness related 🙈 but I’m back and feeling good. I was struggling with migraines everyday for 4.5 weeks but I finally think they are gone! I decided to lay low and put my health first before anything else since I’ve never had a migraine issue before.
Now I am slowly getting back into my workouts, eating healthy, and feeling good! I’ve been focusing on getting my steps and doing full body workouts 3-4 times a week to get my body back in the shape I was in.
The gym is very important to me but my health is even more. If your not sure what’s going on or haven’t been feeling 💯 please don’t ignore it, go get checked out by a doctor.

Just this morning I was talking to my coach about my postpartum journey and how I’ve been feeling discouraged by my lack of progress. Then I pressed play and had the best workout I’ve had in a LONG time. I could FEEL how strong my body is becoming and my jeans that were snug last week slid on like butter today! 🙌🏻🙌🏻
Moral of the story? Keep pushing. Don’t give up because you THINK it’s not working. Consistency creates success and you WILL get there. 💕
