Nice cream 🍨 = helado a base de banano 🍌= la delicia 🤤
En un procesador puse banano congelado y fresas congeladas, y si está muy espeso, le pongo un chorrito de leche de almendras @milsmilk hasta que quede con una consistencia cremosa. . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
De toppings le puse miel de abejas @colmenaresdelbosque nibs de cacao @chocolates_leyenda coco rallado, mermelada de frutos rojos (de mi post anterior) y canela.

Can we just talk about that time of the month for a sec? It affects everyone differently, some wayyyyyyyy more than others. It can affect your skin, your mood, your weight, your eating habits (mainly linked to mood I would say)... Personally, I don't want to train, I'm tired, and I want to eat all the (vegan) ice cream. But in the grand scheme of #lifegoals that's not really an option, so what do I do about it? I modify 😎
SWAP your doughnuts for fruit, and your ice cream for a smoothie bowl. If you don't feel like TRAINING HAM, do some YOGA or go for a WALK. Yes a walk. Or just train at a lower intensity. DRINK more water and less coffee. And when you're craving nothing else except chocolate and candy kittens ask yourself: is this 10 second satisfaction worth it? Will it help me reach my goals? Is it actually going to make me feel better?
Normally, for me anyway, it's a no 😂. If I'm being HONEST and not playing ridiculous mind games with myself.
Disclaimer: I don't do this all the time because #balance . But if I gave in to my hormones EVERY month god I would be a mess!

Festive Smoothie/ Nice Cream Bowl
This past week has been a busy week w/ plenty of baking & chocolate bark making. Since, it’s a festive season I decided to use a little bit of everything in this bowl of banana mango smoothie/nice cream. I added my homemade superfood granola, almond cookies & dark chocolate apricot bark w/ coconut & almonds. A smoothie/nice cream bowl like this is incomplete w/out fruits & seeds. As such I added apple slices, gooseberries, pomegranate, grapefruit & hemp seeds.
Other than breakfast, this can be served as dessert, a decadent end to any meal. In fact, this just gave me an idea to bring this to #xmasfoodjoy party hosted by @thebroccolilobby & @foodneverythingelse 😁

Efter afleveringen af nøglerne til vores gamle lejlighed, gik Freya og jeg hjem og lavede en lækker lille snack - lige til at komme i godt humør af igen 💕
Freya spiste frosne bananstykker og hjalp med at proppe det hele i blenderen, og hun var ellevild med den lyserøde farve, isen fik da den var færdig 💗
Nicecream lavet af frosne bananer, en anelse mælk, frosne brombær, kokosolie og små chokoladestykker 😋
Plain banana nice cream coloured with pitaya and butterfly pea powder from @rawnice . I'm really having fun with these! Topped with some raw chocolate peanut butter doughnuts made to @ginabnutrition recipe. It's still chanuka, got to get those doughnuts in any way you can 😉😉

Self care CAN be physical for some but I find I don’t benefit much from painting nails or face masks as the care I need is different. If you need one of these things feel free to take one , there is plenty to go around 🤗

this one was super creamy. I blended: coconut milk (organic, but canned, because I didn’t find any thai coconut in Barcelona. Anyway result was perfect. Just 1/3 of package is ok to get a fantastic creamy structure.), frozen bananas, 3 medjool dates, raw cacao powder, vanilla and cinnamon. Topped with tahini and shredded coconut.
Who else eats nicecreams all year round?
Feliz finde con este heladito crudivegano! Y éste era extra cremoso: leche de coco (orgánico, de lata, ya que no encontré ni un coco verde en toda la Barcelona, pero el resultado era perfecto. Un 1/3 de paquete basta para obtener una estructura fantástica densa y cremosa.), plátanos congelados, 3 dátiles medjoul, raw cacao en polvo, vainilla y canela.

Krásný víkend s RAW BANÁNOVOU ZMRZKOU! A tahle byla extra krémová: kokosové mléko (bio, z konzervy, protože jsem v celé Barceloně nesehnala mladý kokos. Každopádně 1/3 balení stačila pro úžasnou krémovou strukturu a hustotu.), mražené banány, 3 datle Medjool, raw kakao v prášku, vanilka a skořice. Jak to máte vy? Pochutnáváte si na zmrzkách jen v létě nebo celoročně? 🍌
NanaBowls are in trouble 🙈. When we launched NanaBowls we wanted to make our toppings a key feature of the NanaBowls experience. We wanted our toppings to be gluten free, sugar free and contain no dried fruits...
So what did we do? We settled on a blend of raw nuts and superfoods 😋. One of the toppings we chose were shards of pistachio slivers imported all the way from Persia! These workout at over $150USD per kg 💰 #Pricey , but given how healthy, pretty and tasty they are we just went for it. Problem is we’ve now run out of stock and we’re now having problems importing our next batch! So believe it or not, we’re actually having to get friends to smuggle them into Thailand in their holiday luggage! LOL ✈️👜😂 Mega #StartUpVibes !
So our question to you is... it worth the effort? Should we keep these beautiful but expensive pistachios, or do we simplify and just use standard pistachios?
