Take the journey to enjoy the view! When in New York take the ferry to enjoy scenic views of the skyline. You can take the free Staten Island Ferry or like I did on this picture, take the east river ferry. Even if it is not free of charge, but rather than taking the underground subway (both same price – $2.75) into Queens, to get the best views and probably to find things to do in Queens for the day, I suggest that you take the ferry from the NYC East River into Long Island City or Astoria Queens, since it is super affordable and you can get incredible shots, especially on a beautiful day. Have you ever been to Queens, New York? I lived in Astoria, Queens for over 10 years. One of my favorite neighborhoods in NYC!

I workout at home anywhere between 4-6 days a week. I follow workout programs and their schedule.
I lift weights about 4-5 days per week, again depending on the program and schedule I’m following. These past few weeks, I’ve been lifting weights 4-5 days working out 6 days per week.
My workout are no longer than 45 mins generally.
I have to say..Weight lifting by far is my FAVORITE type of workout. I LOVE what it does to my body, and honestly I feel like a badass when done!😉 My FAVORITE part about weights and training is that I get to eat more food, #realtalk 💯 #imafoodie , because later you burn it all off.
Energy..building strong muscles 💪🏾 and a booty.. ummmm ....yep! I choose weights any day.
Oh, the food is healthy btw. You can’t build the body you want, eating junk!
I know some of you was thinking, yaaaaay if I just lift weights I can eat more food! 🙄 I see you 👀 lol 😂
